We were here only briefly to catch an early morning flight. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle was prompt. The hotel provides free parking to guests up to 7 days for "park and fly" with both a secure lot or garage. The location is safe, secure and just minutes from the airport. Very satisfied and highly recommended for the price.
Free breakfast and good room for the price and location
price was good. staff was friendly,
there were a couple of bugs in the bathroom and the toilet kept running. difficult to maneuver from the highway.
Desk staff efficient & knowledgeable. Driver helpful & capable.
Early breakfast so you can eat before going to airport free airport shuttle free parking in hotel garage while you travel free shuttle upon your return close to airport
average on internal room appearance
Good price and location. Good room size and initial presentation.
Room was not made up after the first day. Second day they did a fair job of cleaning the room. No elevator in site to second floor, just stairs. Breakfast ran out of key items on two days.
Clean accommodations close to Lambert with timely shuttle service at reasonable price, with friendly staff.
A little hard to get to, but worth it.
Location, easy to navigate from, great breakfast, clean, great price per night, friendly staff, large rooms.
Small bathrooms, carpets could be updated
only one person so answer phones. rang and rang. and when we were checking in the man was friendly but the phone was ringing and ringing and he never answered so Im sure the other person hung up
Close proximity to airport.
Apparently no working air conditioning in the building. Hallways and lobby were extremely hot.
The parking option was a deal. Most airport hotels charge customer a daily rate to park their cars in the hotel parking lot, so leaving my car at the hotel for a fixed rate that was also very reasonable was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.
Staff went out of their way to help you. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was great.
Had too parked too far away from room. Also breakfast room too small for the size of hotel.
Staff was very pleasant !
Finding the hotel was a major problem. Room was very dated and had a musty smell. Parking late at night was difficult - had to park on top level of garage and lighting was very poor. It was a place to sleep.
The staff was very pleasant and easy to work with when asked for advice on traveling, activities and suggestions. The pool was spacious and well maintained. The rooms were decently priced and seemed to be fairly clean.
The address I transferred directly into my GPS sent us to an old, vacant hotel. I assume it may have been the previous location. I understand this is not entirely the hotel's fault. However, when you're in an unfamiliar city, it's dark outside and after driving several hours, it's frustrating. With as common as a GPS is used in present day, an updated address should be a no-brainer. Our room key was keyed wrong causing us to attempt to enter someone else's room. The layout of the hotel was confusing. The breakfast area was tiny and cramped for the amount of guests they bring in considering they're right next to the airport. The food was mediocre at best.
Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful upon checkin. In spite of the bathtub, the rest of the room was nice and clean. The restaurant was nice, but they close too early.
Upon checkin we noticed hair on the edge of the tub. When we left 3 days later the hair was still there. Also, when telling the lady at the front desk that the breakfast lady needed help, because they were out of all drinks and most of the food, her reply was, "I am sorry, I understand, but I have been informed that is not my job and I can't help." There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby you have to ask the front desk for single cup pkgs and take it to your room. My family will not stay there again.
They accommodated us for my two step children who's flight was rescheduled so they allowed us to check back into our room at no additional charge until 1:00 pm. It helped out tremendously. The breakfast was great it was the full hot breakfast. The shuttle van was a plus also.
The building was not well marked at all so it was questionable if we were at the right location.
Pool, clean rooms
No walking to local resturants
Inflexible regarding check-out times. We really needed an extension until 2:00 p.m. and they wouldn't do it.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had issues with the t.v at first but when I called down to the front desk they walked me through it, only took 5 min. The complementary breakfast was AWESOME, It was real food (waffles, eggs and sausage...etc.) I would definitely stay here again!!
The vending machines are in the lobby and they don't have any closer to the rooms.
The address on Mapquest is wrong. Took us to a closed hotel. We had to call the desk for directions and the clerk was impatient and not friendly.
Convenient to airport
The property was more run down than I expected, given the rating, but the room did seem clean.
Friendly, courteous staff. Very helpful. Quiet, convenient to airport.
Could use a new coat of paint and some new carpet, but then would increase in price.
Covered parking, comfy bed, clean room, breakfast.
They put us on the 2nd floor and have no elevator. I (single mom in this trip) had to haul with the help of the shuttle guy, 2 large overweight suitcases, a stroller, car seat, baby, and other personal belongings up to the 2nd floor by stairs and down a long hallway to a corner room. Then I had to do the same in the morning with no help! I also called in the morning to request that the baby bed be placed in the room before we arrive as our flight didn't get in until midnight. The receptionist assured me it would be taken care of and to my disappointment was not when we checked in. That is not what you want after a long travel day with an infant who is very tired and ready to go straight to bed. This entire hotel is not wheelchair or family friendly if you have lots of belongings and little kids.
