beds were comfortable; room was clean, tastefully decorated. Hot Breakfast was a wonderful bonus.. the pool was not open early or late enough to be able to use it. wish there was a fitness room

The breakfast was awesome. Location to dining establishments. The floor around the pool had the wrong kind of paint and was extremely slippery. One of our party fell and was injured. The maid never came in and cleaned our room or emptied the garbage. The bartender was miserable.

Loved having a poolside room for the kids. LOVED the great breakfast buffet- lots of choices and everything hot and fresh-something for everyone. Enjoyed sitting alongside the pool area as well. Close to everything we needed. Problem with the toilet was fixed quickly and efficiently. Everything was as we expected!

Best price and a great location.Our breakfast was good but a little variety on the hot foods would have been appreciated. On a two night stay we found the maid-service excellent and found Michelle to be personable and flexible. I realize it's too late to do anything about the building construction but the bathroom really is too small.

Impressed with everything! Staff were friendly, room was stocked with everything you would need, pool was relaxing. A brilliant stay. Pillows in King Bed--there were about 6 small pillows at top of bed. Design of pillows fit with style of room/hotel, but comfort was then compromised. One was too little and two were two big to sleep on. Would prefer standard sized pillows.

Firstly we didn't stay at the Albany Airport Inn! When I phoned to ask for them to pick me up they initially said that my reservation was for the next week (no it wasn't) but then said they would accommodate me at their sister hotel (best western sovereign) as they were full. Reading other reports this seems to happen quite often, I guess they had moved me as I only had a reservation for 1 night. So if staying at this exact hotel is important to you beware. However it was fine for us as we only wanted a night stopover. The big plus was they picked us up from the train station and took us to the airport the next morning, all for free. The room was a typical dark wood business affair and was a bit noisy as it was next to the hotels aircon xplant. other rooms would be fine. Given the rate we paid and the transfers this was a bargain.

La camera molto spaziosa ed una buona colazione, inoltre anche se è un pò lontano dal centro si trova in una zona dove ci sono molti ristoranti e quindi una vasta scelta.

Près de l'autoroute, des restaurants, centre d'achats. Bon petit- déjeuner chaud, chambre très propre,spacieuse, confortable (couette), piscine accessible avec trousse de premiers soins et masque pour rcr, téléphone sur place pour urgence (c'est la première fois que je voyais du matériel de premiers soins près d'une piscine d'hôtel). Malgré la proximité de l'aéroport nous avons dormi sans problème. (Peut-être qu'il n'y a pas de décollage/atterrissage la nuit!) Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Personnel courtois. Climatisation dans la chambre un peu bruyante mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir.

the staff were good. Large hotel but very very clean and comfortable. unexpected hot and cold buffet breakfast that was well done. Good value for the money in convenient location to all. Nothing significant.

Extended courtesy of staff. Anticipated my needs. Go out of their way to help you. Be back there in a week! Very old furniture. Restaurant closed on Sunday.
