I liked the location and for the most part the price although my final bill has yet to be received. The man on the front desk on Saturday did not perform his duties in an exemplary manner, so I became frustrated and told him to mail my final bill to me. All in all my stay was pleasant and comfortable, for the floor on which I stayed, the fourth, was relatively quiet the entire time. I ordered a small fridge w/o being charged and firm pillows which I did receive. I guess the only thing that I did not like was the restaurant part that's associated with the hotel. To enhance your sandwiches, you get next to no free items. They charged for every damn thing from pickles to basic sauces. I'm surprised I received ketchup and mayo.

I liked the staff's willingness to be friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the way the rooms were decorated. I appreciated the easy parking. I liked the patio and the gym, as well. And the location was good, too.

I really liked the overall decor of the hotel lobby and the room we stayed in. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and made our stay very pleasant. The room seemed to only have a basic bar of soap. There was no shampoo/conditioner/lotion or any notice that it can be obtained at the lobby - not that we could see. There was also only enough of regular coffee for one person.

It was walking distance to the Moscone Center Room was not available upon my arrival and had to settle for a cot to be brought to the room which was supposed to be a double. Very uncomfortable night, but there was no rooms available at any of the other nearby hotels. Was moved to the double the second night. Don't expect much from the restaurant on site.

I liked the parking facility and booked this hotel mainly for that. Loved the interior design. It was fresh and fun. I would have liked a window to open away fom the quad but that is not how the design of the hotel is. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Hotel is very conveniently situated for shopping and sightseeing. All in all it was a pleasurable experience.

I really like the set up. The front desk staff does not involve themselves with my business by asking my guests which room they are going to. My guests can park their car and come right up the elevator, without having to answer to anyone, in order to visit me. The "family room" is the best deal in town. It is literally two rooms plus a fool bathroom and huge closet. One room is a living room and the set-up is very spacious with amazing decorations and furniture so modern and expensive looking. Everything was tastefully done. The access to food from this location could be better. The gourmet burger restaurant that is connected to the hotel is very expensive. I suggest venturing across the street to find the same breakfast for a much more reasonable price. I would stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend it. I actually would like to try its sister hotel across the street on 7th Street in San Francisco. When we checked out there was some confusion over the bill since I stayed for almost two weeks and paid a few different times. The manager on duty, a latina woman, on Dec 1st could have been more compassionate and less concerned with chasing me out of the building that I was spending over $1000.00 on. The other staff was very friendly, professional and courteous. The common areas are immaculate and very modern by design. There is even laundry available 24 hours a day. There is good internet and access for all. They have fantastic dog policies and I am overall delighted with Best Western and Haiyi Hotels again.

The staff, however, was pleasant and very helpful. I can't remember their names, I apologize. The location was ok, right near a busy street to hop in a taxi. I really enjoyed the modern look of the room, however, some small maintenance I believe could have been done, maybe some deeper cleaning on occasion. We had made a reservation for 2 but then a 3rd show up, we were happy to offer to pay the difference in a bigger room or to get a cot. But as far as I could gather the cot was unavailable? Also it would be very nice to know ahead of time about the vallet-ish parking that is $20.

The decor in the room was fantastic. Like the contemporary feel. Great location. You need to have a hot-tub!! And the workout room feels strange being in glass where everyone can watch you exercise. You should change that, I felt really uncomfortable.

The hotel is very good located, the room is very comfortable and very good designed. The desk people are very friendly. Unfortunately I am experiencing problem with the billing. The hotel has charged me twice and I have difficulties and reaching the manager to cler this particular matter. So the reachibilty of the staff especially when you are in New York is very poor.

Large rooms. Modern interior. Noisy windows: you could hear everything that was going on outside on the streets. Old fashioned corridor on the outside, making it look like a cheap motel. Worn mattress.

Mid-century design, updated comforts, fab location. Great 'motel' feel to it. First time staying in SoMa district and loved it - great coffee shops close-by (Sight Glass on 7th, De La Paz on Masson) and lots of eateries and drinkeries to discover (Terroir Natural Wine Bar and Radius on Folsom, Bar Agricole.on 11th, and several more to explore) Neighbourhood is slightly gritty but doesn't feel unsafe - just the usual collection of San Francisco street weirdos. Feels a lot more 'real' than Union Square or Fishermen's Ward. Internet is free but slooooooooooow. Seems to attract lots of families with screaming kids.

The condition of the rooms is not as good as on the pictures in the description of the hotel. The interior is pretty old and especially the old carpet gives the room a disgusting smell all the time. On top of it the room we had was to an inner courtyard with not much fresh air. Therefore the room was difficult to air. You had to leave the door open for a while to get some fresh air in it.
