Casi todo: limpieza, camas grandes, separación del aseo y el lavabo, televisión. Además, esta cerca de Union Square, y no se necesita coche en ningún momento. Lo recomiendo de verdad.

Dos aspectos. Las habitaciones tienen poco espacio vacio al tener camas tan grandes. Es verdad que existen muchos indigentes en la zona, pero también es cierto que no molestan.

El Hotel es genial! Todo es nuevo y la decoración "pop" le da un encanto especial. Me ha encantado tanto el edificio como la habitacion.

Location and the food that I could buy nearby.

I did not like the reaction that they had when they failed to cash more money off my Credit Card. The manager (in this case a lady) reacted terrible. She did not want to listen and was pushing a lot. Once the problem got solved she did not even wanted to apologize how she reacted. Bad hostess, the situation killed the joy to stay in that hotel.

Large rooms, not far from Market Street, cleanliness acceptable.

Small bathroom, noisy if the room faces the 7th street.

I thought the hotel was lovely and peaceful.

The staff on reception during the day were terrible. very unhelpful and not friendly

a safe place in a rather unsafe environment, very good service, splendid nice rooms , free internet and fastworking (alas no portable phone reach ..)

no portable phone reach so had to use the hotelphone which was amazingly expensive!

The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable with a good range of facilities including free WiFi

The only drawback was that the location was near 'difficult' areas of the city

nice, well decorated, calm, good design. Good price/quality one, not too far away from city center (10 mins walking distance from Union square).

I like the hip room. The newly renovated hotel is very chic with their modern interiors inlcluding the furniture. They also have a free use of the Apple computer at the lobby, free wi-fi and free printing. As I was there for business at the city centre, what else would I ask for? Nice place, friendly staff too. I'm definitely going back to this hotel on my next stay at San Francisco.

The setup with the interior courtyards and outdoor features were a plus you don't see at a city hotel at this price point. The pool, gym and roof deck were all inviting and well maintained. The room was spacious and well appointed. Ideal for large groups who want to interact without crowding.

When you get to a hotel which provides earplugs in the room you assume that there will be problems with noise and indeed this was the case.The bathroom light/fan was very noisy as well.
