la deco de l hotel et des chambres en general : moderne, clean avec une touche de style/design qui change des hotels classiques de chaines souvent impersonnels.le restaurant attenant qui remplace le room service. le personnel serviable et agreable. le quartier et sa frequentation pourra forcement mettre mal a l aise certains type de visiteurs meme si rien a craindre y compris le soir. |

J'ai beaucoup aimé la décoration design des chambres, ainsi que leur confort. Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait qu'il y ait une piscine extérieure et une salle de fitness. |

L'hötel est relativement bien situé, malgré que un peu trop près du quartier Tenderloin, jugé comme non sécuritaire. Un hôtel très bruyant par sa structure. Un des mur des chambres est en verre et ce mur loge la couloir. On entend chaque personne qui se déplace, qu'est-ce qui en reste lorsque les personnes trainent leur bagages. |

Très bien situé avec un excellent rapport qualité prix; bon resto abordable tout près (Tony Balloneys) Il manquait très certainement un petit frigo et un micro-onde (tous les hôtels visités durant notre séjour en avaient) |

Très bel hôtel, très bien équipé, chambres spacieuses, wi-fi, propreté impeccable. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Lit super confortable!!! Qu'une personne à la réception pour beaucoup trop de monde.... Beaucoup trop d'attente....Service du personnel, très gentil, mais un peu limite, personne pour m'aider à amener mon énorme bagage dans ma chambre, dur de commander un taxi, et il est vrai que la situation est pas optimale... |

nice location comfortable beds. all rooms should have a dresser there was no fridge this should be put on the site when booking rooms. |

Well Located and big rooms. The people at check in and parking are quite good. I doesnt have a refrigerator in the room, and I hope in summer is not too hot. No air conditionning at least in my room. |

a safe place in a rather unsafe environment, very good service, splendid nice rooms , free internet and fastworking (alas no portable phone reach ..) no portable phone reach so had to use the hotelphone which was amazingly expensive! |

I like the hip room. The newly renovated hotel is very chic with their modern interiors inlcluding the furniture. They also have a free use of the Apple computer at the lobby, free wi-fi and free printing. As I was there for business at the city centre, what else would I ask for? Nice place, friendly staff too. I'm definitely going back to this hotel on my next stay at San Francisco. |

Staff was very friendly, and I had an excellent rate (which I unfortunately could not get for the next week as I wished to extend my stay). Early morning, the elevator was stuck on the ground floor. This happened to me on multiple occasions. Not a big deal, since the building is only 4 stories tall. |

The setup with the interior courtyards and outdoor features were a plus you don't see at a city hotel at this price point. The pool, gym and roof deck were all inviting and well maintained. The room was spacious and well appointed. Ideal for large groups who want to interact without crowding. When you get to a hotel which provides earplugs in the room you assume that there will be problems with noise and indeed this was the case.The bathroom light/fan was very noisy as well. |

the design. The restaurant isn't bad Too much noise at night, Somebody would have to tell to some guests that its not permitted to be chatting on the terrace after eleven o'clock. The town, Soma, its not as safe as we wanted. Dangerous at night. |
