The location (2 blocks away from the homeless community). The wifi speed was very slow. The staff were not responsive ..
The room were ok ..
Room that I paid for wasn't available. The 5 of us were crammed into a one bedroom with a pullout couch.
slow water, when you wash your hair, there is no water can drop on your body. a very thin wall, some russian talking all the night on the aisle, the wall doesn't block any noise. sourround by lots lots of homeless people, dirty and a bit mental problem, I even see someone like carrying a gun in the pocket. you can see at least dozens of these people on the market st, it just looks like i am in some kind of undeveloped country, rural area. I can't feel safe to stay in this hotel.
near the BART station and market st. elevator needs to operate by room key
Location is 4 blocks near the touristic areas, but is a dangerous neighborhood at night, so be aware of you're picky about homeless people.
staff is always helpful, they speak English and Spanish
Great warm pool
Location suited me a short walk from metro, Nice warm saltwater pool in the sun
Very unsafe and dangerous location, be prepared to meet homeless and "strange" people just on the corner. Parking is not really a parking, valets who were not helpful at all are moving your car to the outside, unsecured "place" and still you need to pay 35$ per night, I would rather park on the street. The room is another story, instead of the wall I had a huge glass just in front of my bed with a curtain (if you don't want your neighbours seeing you in privacy), when I asked on the front desk to change the room to "normal one" I was given exactly the same type, just on the other side of the building. It was also really noisy and make me feel even more unsafe. The smell in general was awful (room, bedclothes, towels) no air flow at all. The bathroom really, really! small. Will not come back to this place for sure.
Modern design, quite comfortable beds
Unfortunately the parking and breakfast is not included.
Very good service, the rooms were very very clean and comfortable, and for sure I will be back there if I have the need to do it.
Unclear payment charges!!! Please check card balance afterwards!!!
Pool, good rooms and nice staff!
The hotel is located in a rough neighbourhood. There are many homeless and drug addicts around. Going back to the hotel in the evening was no fun. I would not recommend young women to stay here alone. I live in Amsterdam and I am used to a rough neighbourhood but this was much worse. Once at the hotel I felt very safe. The rooms are also very warm, even in winter when it is was only 5 degrees outside.
The beds are comfortabe and the room very clean. Good service
There were ants in the room and the cost of parking was a bit high
Location, staff were helpful
The excellence was nice
very very noisey
The building is more a motel than a hotel, has dark rooms and is located in a run-down area of central San Francisco.
Proximity to San Francisco's center.
No Air Cons in the room and if the weather gets warmer (like it was during my stay) this could be a small problem.
The location was perfect and I recommend this property if you need to be downtown. The gym is a good bonus and the equipment is fairly decent. Service is top notch and so are the staff. I would definitely stay here again.
Cash bill during checkout.printer for bosrding pass air ticket .for greyhound bus trip whice is mandetory.how i can collect.you may take auto generetd bill.please arrange breakfast.costly but not user friendly

Location is in a dodgy area, there were people smoking pot outside our rooms and around the pool. Homeless people and prostitutes outside and the valets move your car to the outside, unsecured car park, and still charge you $35 a night!
Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds, restaurant has a nice breakfast.
Luckily the room was great and we didn't need to spend much time at the hotel.
I didn't sleep very well due to loud neighbours. Although I didn't complain, it was unfortunate.
I really liked how the hotel room was decorated - very modern and stylish. I also thought he wifi was fantastic and high speed.
Hotel feels like a motel
Walking distance to moscone
rooms not noise proof. too much sound around especially in early morning by other rooms. hardly any staff warning them.
no air conditioning
