Een zakelijk, net hotel met uitstekend personeel gelegen in het centrum van San Francisco. Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding. |

Kamers hadden gratis wifi en er waren twee Mac's in de lobby. Gratis te gebruiken voor internet, Microsoft Office en printen boardingpass voor het vliegtuig. Geen koelkast op de kamer. |

Het hotel ligt centraal en binnen loopafstand van de kabeltrams, winkels en diverse bezienswaardigheden. De kamers zijn modern ingericht en voldoen aan alle eisen van deze tijd. Het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. |

Netjes en schoon hotel. Mooi strak ingericht. Lekker verwarmd zwembad met ligbedden. Jammer dat er geen airco op de kamer was en geen bodylotion op de kamer. Verder kon er alleen gegeten worden bij custom burger, wat vrij prijzig was. |

Personeel stond ons netjes te woord. We hadden kamer naast lift en ijsmachine, vreselijke herrie ook midden in de nacht. Mensen halen om 3 en 5 uur 's nachts ook nog ijs uit de machine!!!! Extra betalen voor parkeren is ook schandalig als je kijkt naar prijs/kwaliteit verhouding ook al omdat dit hotel zonder ontbijt is. Ik zou dit hotel niet aanbevelen, naam Best Western ook niet waard! |

I thought the hotel was lovely and peaceful. The staff on reception during the day were terrible. very unhelpful and not friendly |

Well Located and big rooms. The people at check in and parking are quite good. I doesnt have a refrigerator in the room, and I hope in summer is not too hot. No air conditionning at least in my room. |

a safe place in a rather unsafe environment, very good service, splendid nice rooms , free internet and fastworking (alas no portable phone reach ..) no portable phone reach so had to use the hotelphone which was amazingly expensive! |

I like the hip room. The newly renovated hotel is very chic with their modern interiors inlcluding the furniture. They also have a free use of the Apple computer at the lobby, free wi-fi and free printing. As I was there for business at the city centre, what else would I ask for? Nice place, friendly staff too. I'm definitely going back to this hotel on my next stay at San Francisco. |

Staff was very friendly, and I had an excellent rate (which I unfortunately could not get for the next week as I wished to extend my stay). Early morning, the elevator was stuck on the ground floor. This happened to me on multiple occasions. Not a big deal, since the building is only 4 stories tall. |

The setup with the interior courtyards and outdoor features were a plus you don't see at a city hotel at this price point. The pool, gym and roof deck were all inviting and well maintained. The room was spacious and well appointed. Ideal for large groups who want to interact without crowding. When you get to a hotel which provides earplugs in the room you assume that there will be problems with noise and indeed this was the case.The bathroom light/fan was very noisy as well. |
