    Location Checkin was smooth. Ammenities

At check out, There were two women at the counter and a guest and I came out the elevator at same time. He went first to extend his stay. When she was done, she did not say anything to me until i said i was checking out. Which was a couple of minutes later. The other women did not help me but said hi.

Clean, well appointed, pleasant staff, good wifi

Scary location for women traveling alone - did not make use of public transit, because of the neighborhood, and had high taxi expenses, as a result. Super noisy from nearby train, even though room had double windows. Some of the noise was the train, some from other rooms, some from cleaning staff. Very tightly furnished room - had about 1' space next to a bed to squeeze through to get to bathroom. Free continental breakfast was so-so, especially with one of the travelers needing to eat gluten free (but what do you expect for free?).

    - The personnel all the time was helpful - Two blocks netx to the subway or bus - Free WIFI - Super commfy bed - Nice cable and tv - 2O min ride to lower Manhattan in the express train

    - Next to the hotel, in some abandoned places are rats. We had to step out of the sidewalk - The are is safe, but at midnight its a little bit scary - The safe did not work - The rooms netx to the street are a little bit noisy - Poor breakfast

Location - Very convenient - a couple blocks from the A/C trains, and steps from the LIRR, near shopping and restaurants. A couple miles from Downtown Brooklyn, Ft. Green, and Manhattan Staff- friendly, professional, courteous, efficient Price - lot cheaper than Manhattan Free Breakfast and Wi-Fi - money savers! Facility - comfortable room with updated décor

Room was on the first floor facing Atlantic Avenue. The first floor is noisy during the morning hours. Also, the LIRR trains pull in and out of the station on a regular basis. The immediate area is on the rough side. The hotel is surrounded by auto repair shops.

The great professional and friendly staff. The location was great for subway access.

This is nothing under your control but the surrounding buildings are in need of some TLC. This unfortunately makes your building look not inviting but I appreciate that you put a pretty planter box in front of your main entrance.

The hotel offered everything one would need for a pleasant stay. The staff were very nice, the included breakfast very satisfactory and amenities clean and well kept. My room was big. Really big. Which was a welcome change from the overpriced shoe box size rooms in Manhattan. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Norstrand station which gives you access to the A and C lines and a nice stroll (at least 20 minutes from the Brooklyn Museum).

The location. I had a hard time finding it at first. The area is a little shady past sundown but the service and amenities in the hotel made up for it.

Staff was very helpful. Location to subway was good.

Alot of people would be turned off by the neighborhood. Room was a little small.

    "Limited parking" is an understatement!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept in immaculate condition. The free continental breakfast was generously stocked with fresh baked goods, fruit, juices, yogurt and even a pancake machine that cooked perfect pancakes in 1 minute.

The neighborhood is rather industrial and not in an area where one would venture outside the hotel at night. However, taxi service is available right at the door, so this is a minor concern.

    Wireless worked rather well.

Location in a questionable neighborhood. Parking was an issue. We had a pass, but when we returned on Saturday night, there was no place to park. Someone else prevented us from entering the parking area, saying that he would take the spot that was being vacated. We complained at the front desk, they didn't help.

The breakfast was good. It was better than most free hotel breakfasts that I have had. The room was clean and comfortable.

The internet did not work for the entire 24 hours that I spent there. The tap water in the bathroom became very hot after the toilet was flushed...almost burned my hands.

Value for money...first rate staff...very good continental type breakfast...the super size bed was so comfortable...the air conditioning was very effective...Lovely bathroom, good sized fridge etc etc. Very enjoyable stay.

The immediate location is not at all pretty However within two minutes walk of a vibrant, interesting, safe and friendly neighbourhood.

    Staff very professional, helpful.

The walls are paper thin. There was a party next door with more than a few people. Could hear conversations and more.
