Good area close to a lot of shopping and eateries

Comfy beds. Good breakfast

Lack of parking spacesvyyy

Room comfortable. Stored luggage when we arrived very early. Location was a short walk from metro.

Location not the best for late returns. Breakfast had very little variety and no fruit. Noise from adjacent rooms and corridors.

Close to public transportation, $25 cab ride from the airport (Laguardia), close to the Barclays Center, easy public transportation into Manhattan. Not a place I would stay for vacation, but great for sleeping comfortably, free wifi so I could work in the room and free printing in the lobby, clean facilities, awesome staff had my cabs ready with a simple call from the room by time I got to the lobby. Refrigerator and microwave a definite plus!

The last night of our weekend stay the people in the next room woke us 2 times after midnight and then again at 6:30am. We called the front desk each time yet the general manager refused to adjust our bill at all. He said there would be a fifty per cent discount.on our next stay but after his refusal our next stay will be at a different hotel chain!!

I really appreciated the hotel's manager, Mr. Ray Calloway. He was very friendly and offered us much assistance with the hotel and travelling around the city. He even checked on us during our stay. Glad he and Mr. Ngai were there to greet and assist us.

Really clean - cleaner than anyplace I've yet stayed in Manhattan- and well appointed room. Nice staff. Updated room.

I didn't like that the curtains didn't close all the way, I requested extra towels and I didn't get that I also requested two robes & got only one

Close to Barclay Center and family

Management was terrible. Misleading information was given. From parking(57 rooms and only 10 parking spots alotted). There extended checkout policy (not alotted).

Hotel was nice , staff was nice. Enjoyed my stay

The 2nd time I came the manager noticed I had a pre-paid credit card and they "belittled" me at the desk saying that the last time I stayed the clerk made a mistake. I felt embarrassed and small , not good.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasent.

The parking situation is terrible. Had to pay for parking at another location both nights of the stay.

Great stay, just up the street from Barkley Center. Very clean and modern. I would stay there again if needed.

The staff was great! The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was a good size and clean. The location was good, close to the subway.

I do not like the lobby set up because you're standing right by the entrance to try and communicate with the staff and the winter air is hitting you. I didn't like on the receipt, the $50 holding fee is not shown. It would be nice to have the option to pay cash at the hotel for your room or pay cash for the holding fee of $50 therefore it's given back right away instead of a 5-10 wait period because it's on the creditcard. The breakfast area needs a bit of an upgrade in terms of design. The gym needs a few free weights.

Free parking in Brooklyn and the staff allowed me to leave my car after I checked out and went shopping in Manhattan. Very friendly staff!!

Room was too small for deluxe. Poor parking with very limited space for the size of the hotel.

in the description it is mentioned that the pasking is free and available. Well, this is limited. I had to park in another garage (not the hotel one), in a very bad zone of NY, giving the keys of my car to an unknown person. I was not able to sleep all the night. the Hotel is really in a Ghetto.

Hotel was clean and liked that breakfast was included. Nice room.

Could hear people snoring in the next room.

Large bedroom, comfortable bed, decent breakfast buffet included, close to a subway stop (Norstand Avenue on A and C lines), nice price.

We had a room close to the reception and that was a little noisy. There are also trains than are really noisy but we they did not bother us as it seems they are less noisy at night (they stop at the station while during the day there are some expresses that don't).
