I've stayed at this hotel many times. It appears the rooms were updated and were very nice. Attended event at Convention center. Loved the convenience and price. No ice machine on 3rd floor where I was staying. The soda vending machine didn't work either (on 3rd floor).

The hotel interior room was really nice. Comfortable. Upon check-in. I was standing in line and ingonored completely. I was the second person in line and skipped over a few times before I said something. Then I was treated badly for speaking up about being skipped.

I like the area, closer to the airport , and free parking There are things that did not satisfied my need while stating there were the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Making noise when I moved, dent in the middle of the bed, no enough supplies of shampoo/conditioner the coffee maker does not have coffee pitcher, but I don't have to ask the front desk at all time.It is their responsibility to check each room, again if I were to ask if I want to come back in this place maybe not.

Convenient location to the airport. The free continental breakfast they offered was not very good. Furthermore, the restaurant area of the hotel was a bit outdated and could use a renewal.

The only think I enjoyed about this Hotel was the nearness to the airport. The bus driver from the airport to the hotel was friendly and helpful (I use a lightweight wheelchair). On arrival .... that's where things went wrong!! On arrival I checked in but with a lack of cursity ... I was put in a room that spelt musty and then .... EEK I could NOT get into the bathroom. On booking this hotel, I admit last minute owing to delay in flight from UK, I stated I used a wheelchair. When I phoned the front desk it seemed like it was an inconvenience to mend the problem. The maintained person (sorry I don't remember his name), was the best thing and did help ... they put me in another room, which also smelt musty and you could tell they new as the air conditioner was immediately put on!! EEk again ... sure I could get into the bathroom, only to the toilet area ... I did take a photo of this and will send it later ... the desk did not have any of the information that the previous room had .... the carpets in both rooms were dirty and threadbear ... then to top if off the door to the second room would not close .... the maintenance guy came again and tried to lift the door and get it into position and played the upgrade guys "Didn't put the door in properly"! Managed to get it kind of locked ... I put two dead bolts on and the chair from desk in front. The pillows are lumpy and not the cleanest!! Then at 6:50am after a 10 hour flight from europe and all the situations the night before the cleaning lady banged on the door and the door actually opened .... Where does a hotel start cleaning the rooms at that time knowing there is someone, a disabled person at that, staying. The safety situation was poor and there was a lot of noise which made it more disturbing being in a room that the door did't lock properly. The next morning I did go to breakfast to find that I had to roll all over a car park to reach the place where I was due to have breakfast because there were stairs the short way around!! By this time I just wanted to leave this hotel ... for $130.00 per night I certainly expected more from Best Western .....

The only good thing about this hotel was the bed, anything else sucks. Many things... Bathroom drains were not working. I complain and they uncluged the bath drain, but the sink and toilet were barely working. Continental breakfast? It cannot be called this way, unfriendly staff, few food options and bad quality food. The shuttle to the airport was good just during the day, when I came back from downtown late night I have to call the hotel and wait about 50 minutes for the bus that was supposed to run around every 30 minutes 24 hours. The room key worked only in the first day, I have to go back to the reception in the second day to make the key work again. I did not change the hotel because I couldn´t find any other room availabe in the city due to the marathon that hapenned on Sunday.

The bathroom remodel was not good. They have the hot water faucet on the cold and vise versa in the tub. The pipe for the spout is cut to long so it sticks out in the tub. The shower curtain starts 1/2 way in the tub rather than at the edge so you are standing in this little tiny bubble. And the mirror is from 1970. complete with the cracked plastic holders. really if you are going to make the effort of a remodel you should be able to afford $4 for unbroken clips to hold the mirror. The service at the restaurant was rude. I went to set down in the section next to the food (the whole 3 tables they have in the breakfast section were full to capacity with families). No I couldn't sit there I had to sit in the bar. Away from the food, beverages, etc.

The rooms were well decorated and cozy. The fitness facility was terrible. Broken machines and leaky roofs. The electricity on my room worked on one side and their was construction going on in the lobby, but there wasn't any noise.

The room was nice and the restaurant food was good--but way too noisey when the downstairs nightclub opens in the evening. It was close to the Rental Car Return lots at O'Hare Airport The crowd milling around the nightclub enterance sucked!

In the end didn't actually stay there as my booking got screwed up and they had me as a no show from the night before. In the past I wouldn’t say it was a great hotel, a bit dirty but low cost, I guess you get what you pay for, only in this instance I did not. The hotel staff were less than sympathetic and to make matters worse would not consider reimbursing my money. I guess they're too big to care about the individual who spends about 10 months of the year in hotels due to his job.

Good continental breakfast. Airport shuttle. Waited for 20 minutes at airport to get shuttle bus to hotel, and shuttle went to another hotel en route for another 15 minutes before arriving at Best Western.

I liked the way the booking ad lied about the park and fly being free. I always like to part with $50. The hotel was being remodeled at the time and smelled bad and our AC did a bad job. And again the free $50 parking
