Well located for the Harvard Medical area. Hotel is clean and has everything one needs but is a little outdated. Some staff were very polite and helpful, others less so.
Hotel is a little outdated and not well located for downtown Boston area. Early check-in was not possible. I would not recommend the hotel restaurant. Overall, the hotel was rather expensive for its value (perhaps because of a busy time in Boston).
Ease of access to Boston Restaurant--food was tasty Room was clean Bed was comfortable Garage accessibility WIFI
Toilet was unsteady to sit on--it rocked. Also, the toilet would run periodically in the night due to this problem. Also, the table in the room (with the coffee maker on it) almost collapsed due to legs needed tightening up. Also, could use a few more outlets.
The room was clean, but the water pressure was not the greatist. When I turned on the sink it was just a trickle. The shower if you turned it to extremely hot you had great pressure, but when you turned it down to cooler you had to stand practically under it.
Location in relation to Boston Children's Hospital
The staff. Noah was very helpful
a/c broke and littlw warm water. been here several times . first time this happened.
The staff was courteous as always and the location was great. With parking we were able to walk to the areas we needed to get to.
There was nothing I did not like.
The woman behind counter was nice.
Too expensive for one night. No one should have to pay 243 dollars just to sleep.
The beds were so comfy! Location was great. The room was very clean
The room was tiny. That is my only complaint.
Close to harvard Large room and bed Nice view
Nothing around to do except the schools
too far from parking lot to my room no elevator, must walk with luggages.
The friendliness at front desk. Parking on site and room service availably beside on site dining.
Not enough handicap parking on 1st level. To far to go on other parking levels for elevator access with a wheelchair
The convince to Brigham& womens Hospital
Loved the facility. Food Court downstairs. Very clean. Staff so friendly and helpful.
everything was great
I liked the room, the staff, the location and the price. The ladies always did a nice job cleaning up the room each day too!
We had a noisy neighbor, but that is not the hotels fault.
Wifi is good.
Hard to find the entry.
I liked everything about our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The only thing I don't like is the parking
Great location for attending a course at Lingwood medical complex. Room was clean, comfortable, large and the complimentary coffee machine was very useful.
Good location which is close to Fenway Park and Museums.
Room was not ready at check in time.
My wife and I needed a reasonably priced room that we could walk to Fenway from for the Zac Brown concert. The room was very big with a kitchenette and king bed, which i was not expecting! Also the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and had surprisingly good food
The room was dated but not terrible for the price and location. The toilet seat was broken but again, we could live with it for the night. However, the staff at the front desk was a reason why i might not stay here again. I paid for parking with my reservation online which wasa big mistake. The garage is not affiliated with the hotel and it took 20 minutes to get them to see that i paid the nightly parking fee already, and once i finally got the manager out of her office for me to show her the breakdown on my email confirmation and argue with for another 10 minutes, she just said "oh you did pay it. Youre all set" and ran back into her rat hole. All in all its a simple place to stay thats close to fenway and hospitals but could use a facelift both in decor and staff.
Enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very spacious and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again. Very easy to get to and walking to many places from the inn is very easy.
Everything the room was nice bed was great
Bookings has caused me two problems out of three trips. Thank you for your time.
I was visiting Wheelock College for my daughter's Freshman orientation and it was conveniently located
The $700.00 for 2 nights' stay is excessive. I'd prefer to be further away from the school and spend less money. The accommodations are modest, at best, and I didn't feel I got my mony's worth.
