Location to Beth Israel Deaconess was great.
When coming into the hotel after 10 pm there was no one at the desk and access was available without a key or card. This didn't make us feel secure.
The location and front desk staff were very good.
There was no plug for the bathtub, the room I got was very strange with three double beds and two televisions.
Perfect location fir use of Boston hospitals. Reasinable price for room and convenient parking. Has a restaurant and foid court within the complex.
When I booked on line for a $128 room I received a confirmation for $158 and they would not honor the bookibg price,
Great location, coffee in the room, onsite parking at reasonable rates, close to the T to get downtown, great location for anything in the Longwood medical area
The rooms weren't bad, comfy, and clean, but it would have been nice to have a mini-fridge and microwave in the room.
Across the street from Beth Israel Hosp.
No shower cap. Room was noisy.
Dewanna and Jennifer at the front desk are two wonderful employees. Their friendly and helpful attitudes contributed to an excellent Boston vacation.
The bed was comfortable. The presence of a restaurant inside the hotel, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, was fundamental because no other ones are present in the area near the hotel.
I think that the price of this hotel is absolutely too high in comparison with the quality of the room and of the services. In my room the floor lamp did not work; the wallpaper was detached in some points, some little black insects were in the bathroom and on the table ... Moreover the hotel is not suitable to visit the city because it is far from the center. I chose it due to the nearness to the Museum of Fine Arts. Finally, I think that this hotel is good only if you need to go to the Medical Center, but it is expensive.
Nice comfortable environment. Friendly staff.
Keep up the good work
staff very friendly and helpful. rooms are clean and all amenities filled up (eg. shower gel etc.) every day.
Parking is a problem and if you are staying for a longer period of time can be expensive; only public parking available in a garage next door. Luckily we dropped off our rental car in Boston so we only needed to park in the garage for a short time to check into the hotel and drop off our luggage. Parking was free for about 15...20 minutes for guests checking in but this time frame is too short....
The staff were friendly and it was a good location.
The rooms smelt dirty and the carpet was disgusting to walk on. I had to buy slippers to walk around. Noisy outside the room.
The room was really quite large, well equipped, brand new furnishings. The bed was a cloud...
The location was very close to colleges. Stayed at this Inn summer of 2013 and room was very nice and clean. Very disappointed with room of recent visit. Smelled of urine and body odor, bathroom not very clean, ac didn't work. Will never stay there again
free wifi location room size
AC very noisy in the room one of the TVs not working
The mattress was a little soft for me.
our room was next to a very noisy heating unit and made it difficult to sleep parking was a pain
The staff was excellent. We arrived ahead of our check in due to our flight time and the concierge stored our bags. We returned after the game and after our dinner to check in. Made it very convenient with the early game time change. The hotel was very quiet when inside and made for a very nice and comfortable sleep. The front desk took care of our travel arrangements back to the airport the next day. Will return again.
Toilet is leaking, outside noise is too loud
Everything was very well presented thank you
The location to Fenway Park, the friendly ness of staff and the room
The noise from builders across the way at 6.30am on Sat AM
Location, reasonable parking, friendly helpful staff
The rooms are a little utilitarian.
food court at the same bldg.
rm cleanning was not perfect.
The food in the Grille was outstanding and service excellent.
People at the reception desk at both checkout and check-in were not friendly and welcoming. Wallpaper in my room was dreary.
Well located for the Harvard Medical area. Hotel is clean and has everything one needs but is a little outdated. Some staff were very polite and helpful, others less so.
Hotel is a little outdated and not well located for downtown Boston area. Early check-in was not possible. I would not recommend the hotel restaurant. Overall, the hotel was rather expensive for its value (perhaps because of a busy time in Boston).
Staff were friendly and helpful; rooms were clean; location to get almost anywhere in Boston perfect. And the most comfortable pillows of any hotel I've stayed in!
Ease of access to Boston Restaurant--food was tasty Room was clean Bed was comfortable Garage accessibility WIFI
Toilet was unsteady to sit on--it rocked. Also, the toilet would run periodically in the night due to this problem. Also, the table in the room (with the coffee maker on it) almost collapsed due to legs needed tightening up. Also, could use a few more outlets.
