Great staff and the hotel was one of the best of this chain that we have ever stayed in
Huge room but poor lighting. Almost impossible to read. This is an expensive place to stay but there are no many good choices in the area.
This Best Western is built in the style of an old lodge. The main entrance hall and breakfast area is especially beautiful. There was a full breakfast but was, frankly, basically typical of other, smaller and less expensive, Best Westerns.
our room was very large and despite our large group, nobody felt cramped. The staff was extremely helpful. We had an issue with the door becoming locked by the top latch and they simply cut the lock off with a smile.
Friendly, efficient staff and our nice room.
The restaurant was a short walk away and as it was snowing when we were there it was a bit cold.
Location to Bryce canyon
The hotel appears to be fairly new or remodeled and everything felt clean and new. Very comfortable beds and the fact the rooms had a mini fridge cut down on the amount of times we had to eat out. The beds were comfortable and the room had a nice flat screen tv along with extra outlets to plug in and charge our phones and the kids tablets. The location is only a short drive to the park and walking distance to at this time of year the only restaurant. The hot tub was a welcome end to a day of hiking.
Would have liked access to a pool in the hotel
The location is amazing, right outside the park entrance
The Wifi strength was terrible.
Food facility and service is excellent.
Full breakfast, great dining area, nice pool and hot tub, great fireplace.
Why do they expect you to use tony firm pillows? Is that a Best Wedtern thing? Totally absurd to spoil an otherwise great experience
Internet not fast enought to connect for face time, but maybe due to the fact they were completely full.
The place is new and looks impressive from the lobby. The room was immaculate and the bed super comfy. The breakfast had people lined up and it was worth the wait. Everything you could want for breakfast, hot or cold and more. Outstanding.
The location was very close to the National Park. Restaurants in walking distance was certainly a big plus.
The night staff were rude and snobbish. We weren't greeted on entering and had to wait at the desk for them to finish their conversation before being acknowledged. I'm sure we didn't look first class, we are hikers and spent a long day on the road to get there.
The breakfast and staff in the morning were wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was good, lots of choices healthy (yogurt and fruit) and american fare.
The hotel itself was fine, though the food at Ruby's restaurant across the way, about the only choice we found in the very small town, wasn't very inspiring. It was fine if you like food served at places like Denny's. It had a good salad bar.
The breakfast was typical and fine for places where breakfast is offered: a variety of dry cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, sausages, etc. The room we were given at first looked out on a courtyard, but they happily changed it to a room with a view. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean and of a good size
Internet connection was really bad.
Location is tight next to the park entrance Clean room with comfortable beds
Definitely location! Breakfast was exceptional, room nice and comfortable, outdoor hot tubs. We visited wonderful night tour, which started right in the hotel with very informative and fun presentation about stars and planets and continued outdoor with telescopes.
Being so close to everything
Checking in early, I won't name the individual, though I did get her name, she categorically said no rooms available at that time and clearly there were.
The way Oana handled the issue of my bill. Charged the going rate when my e mail had been requested which was different from when I made the booking. Difference was over $200 but Oana dealt with the situation perfectly.
WiFi worked most of the time, but not all.
Hot tub, refrigerator, microwave, hot breakfast with lots of choices, room was big and spacious and sleeps 6, which was perfect for my family
Staff forgot to give us the AAA discount.
Great location, Lovely big room, great breakfast.
The AC came on very loudly every time the thermostat kicked in.
Location and size of room. Very nice breakfast with biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausages and all the other regular stuff. Also a selection of fresh fruit. Nice breakfast room too.
We have been awaken at 08.00 am by the housekeeping checking if we were still there... It's a bit early! So if you are not a early bird do not forget to put the sign "do not disturb"
Clean room but not really modern Nice breakfast
no restaurant but there is one at the nearby Ruby's Inn
good Location to explore the park
The front desk staff when we checked in.
Everything about this place was great other than the welcome check in. I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the staff. I was amazed that the only nice people in the hotel were the people who clean the kitchen during breakfast. The hotel is clean, great location, very thin walls (you can hear everything around you) and unfriendly staff.
Breakfast finished at 930am which meant that if you are up early for the sunrise and a hike into the canyon it is finished by the time you return. Ruby's inn provides breakfast however till about 1130am and is across the road.
The hotel is convenient. It is on the road heading into the canyon and is opposite ruby's inn. it is about a 5 minute drive to the main lookouts from the hotel. large comfortable rooms. Well heated. Ruby's inn was the only place providing meals after 8pm in the immediate area and you had to queue for a meal.
