Rooms were large and well-equipped. Bathroom in our king room had double sinks in the dressing area. Public areas are lovely, with massive stone fireplace in the lobby, spotless laundry facilities, and large breakfast area with excellent and varied morning choices.
It's a beautiful place, but noise didn't sleep much
Staff was rude, no customer service
Location and free breakfast
right outside the park, very convenient. We go to the park several times, only takes 5 minutes. Good hot breakfast.
The hotel is comfortable, clean, and very close to the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park.
The reception person was not especially friendly/welcoming. The pool is not open in winter.
Comfortable rooms, overall good facilities and pricing was very reasonable.
No dining or refreshment facilities in the hotel itself. had to go to Ruby's nearby.
It is near the Park
The restaurant food is not great. Hotel breakfast is good better than the restaurant food, only they serve the same food every morning.
The bed is very comfortable and big washroom.
Internet is slow most of the time.
Hotel is pretty modern, with large rooms and cosy atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I had in this kind of Hotels.
Breakfast room does not have enough seats and gets really crowded at rush hours.
Small space for breakfast
heating system is little too loud
We liked the fact that while there were people still around, there were no crowds, and the discounted off-season rate made it worthwhile. It was interesting how many European tourists flock to this location as well.
we wanted to see the "Ghost Town" and the map showed us where it was located - but no signage when we got to the crossroads - and we ended up driving 1/2 hour on mud road - never saw it.
Excellent breakfast, comfortable room with a nice location.
Price is a little high even in low season.
The breakfast had many options
No restaurant, had to walk across the road to the other best western for dinner
The breakfast is the best. They have many different kinds of foods. I like the egg and bacon. Their staff are also supper nice. Not just front desk, everyone is good. I loss my bag and camera in the lobby. They help me keep it for more than one hour until I found out I forgot my bag in the lobby. Back to rooms, I really like their bathroom. They separate it to two parts so that we can brush our tooth without brother people who is showing. Beds are comfortable. This hotel is better than Sheraton what I lived in LA. Highly recommend it.
The blanket is a little thin for me.
Spectacular scenery surrounds the hotel and it is directly on the way into Bryce Canyon. The room was very large and the lobby and breakfast area have gorgeous vaulted ceilings. Our room was very clean and cleaned every day.
Other than the breakfast in the hotel, there was only one restaurant. We were there the first week in November and things had closed for the season. It even snowed when we were on our way there and it was cold, but sunny. Check travel conditions before you head up there unless you drive an AWD!
Good location for Bryce Canyon. Plenty of parking. Plenty for breakfast.
No evening meals and they recommend you go to Ruby's Inn - where the food was actually terrible. In November the other restaurants in the small town were shut, so there was nowhere else to go!
Attractive building, Nice artwork in corridors, Perfect for Bryce Canyon NP, Hot pool, Spacious room,
I overheard the Reception staff doing a cost cutting deal with a couple of guys late in the evening, Limited restaurant options nearby
A clean, new hotel very close to the entrance to Bryce Canyon park. The breakfast was very good... all sorts of hot choices, including eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy etc. I would definitely stay here again.
Staff was very helpful, and always seemed to have a smile. The rooms were clean, and the Breakfast Buffet was excellent! Wished I could of fit one of the Rocking chairs in the Lobby in my Suitcase:)
The little square pillows on the bed. That there was only one Restaurant open to eat at(11/12-11/14).
spacious room decent breakfast buffet
slow wi-fi speed very few restaurant choices in off season
the hotel has a warm & welcoming open fire in the lobby which on a cold night is great introduction to a clean, modern and up to date hotel, that still has some old world charm.
Expensive for the services provided.
