A great view of the Capiol building from our window. The food at the hotel restaurant was marginal in quality, way overpriced, and the service was not good. There was always some reason why we had to walk to the Metro station, and never were able to take advantage of the courtesy shuttle. |

Everyone was nice at this hotel. Felicia went out of her way to assist me in getting connections to my meeting at the White House and easy directions on how to get back to the hotel. She is an asset to this hotel. The hotel was clean, safe and secure. The room was nice and I had a nice view of the Capitol dome from my room. Everything was great. The only thing it is next to the Beltway and every ambulance, fire truck and police car in the district came through that area, but it was really not a big inconvenience. |

Neighbouring the centre of town; and taxi drivers new the hotel. We had a very bright and beautiful room overlooking the pool and road at back. Cleanliness of room. The promised shuttle not operational the day we arrived (6:30pm onwards); despite being told by the reception staff that it was on its way, it was still "on its way" 1.5 hours later and eventually never showed up. Similar next day... We were uncordially greeted on arrival; not a smile and the guy at reception was unable to answer any of our questions either for lack of interest/focus or ignorance |

It was 4-5 blocks from the Metro. The neighborhood. I would not take the Metro home at night. We took cabs. |
