Score from 280 reviews Good
Room very small, beds too soft and no swimming pool.
The breakfast was OK, but nothing more than that.
On the picture the hotel looks much better than it really is. The room had a bad smell. Further it was a high price compared to the location and the low quality of the room.
The staff were very helpful and assisted us numerous times. The breakfast was very good!
Elevator was out of service and we were on 3rd floor with my elderly mother and I was told rooms on ground floor were single beds only. ..
The location was convenient and appealing for us. The continental breakfast was good. Parking was gated and secure.
Room was a bit small.
Very comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly. Good area.
A bit too far away from tourist destinations.
Price, service, the parking garage was meant for 7 cars but they found a way to cram 15. Cars were blocked by others and could not leave until the others decided to leave or if you wanted to be rude and ask the front desk to ask other guests to move thier vehicle... For 200 a night the breakfast was cheap. On top of this, it was me, my husband and my two kids staying. They put us in the smallest room possible. We literally did not have room to put my daughters car seat let alone our luggage, and when we asked to move or for a refund they said no... Needless to say we only stayed one night then moved to a Bed and Breakfast! We are far from picky people but holy cow, Motel 6 provides better service!
Location was good a decent 15 minute walk to pier. The room was spacious.
There was an annoying buzzing sound in the wall of the bedroom that never went away, i wore ear plugs. As we had been on a 14 hr flight i could not be bothered dealing with changing rooms. Parking and taxes were expensive.
Great breakfast and staff.
Low water pressure in the shower.
Kindly personal, especally Freddy. Good beds and good rooms.
Breakfast not so much to pick of and it was too expencive for the nights I've stayed.
The gym is way too small The cleaning lady's cart is too noisy
Welcoming staff, good location for us, clean room though on the small side, with very comfortable bed, large TV, and better than average freebie breakfast included- good coffee/tea; needed to be at a mtg and the woman in the breakfast room let me in a few moments early, which I greatly appreciated- quiet too-
Very clean facility
Rooms very tiny. No pool, No restaurants in walking distance, Over priced.
Room size is excellent, parking lot is very good
Rooms are very small- hard to fit in with luggage.
Very friendly staff, confortable room, nice and clean bathroom, good breakfast and well located near good spots to visit in LA. (Near enough to drive to quickly!)
For LA, the parking could be cheaper.
The girls at reception were most helpful.
Clean rooms, large enough, fridge is a big plus Good noise isolation. Convenient parking. Nice hotel to see Los Angeles if you have a car
Parking quite expensive. No restaurant in the hotel ( but there are some restaurants in surrounding ) Not convenient location if you don't have a car.
nice and clean tidy nice breakfast
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom came with everything you need to clean up if you forgot something at home.
They offered a "free" breakfast from 7-10am. My girlfriend and I went around 9am and the only things to eat were about 5 bite size muffins, 2 pieces of what looked like sourdough bread, an empty tray that once housed eggs, some sausage links and cereal. We waited around to see if the food would get replenished and it did not. I did informed the clerk up front about the incident and she kindly comped my parking fee of 16 dollars which made up for the breakfast, but $226 for a one night stay in a small room is a little extreme
