Quiet neibourhood, although it was next to the highway, the metro station was about 10 minutes away walking, there was a shuttle that could get to another metro station that had more trains, but if you wanted to go to Manhattan, the nearest was Ok.

Great price and location. Very nice breakfast and parking is on- site for free.

No restaurant on site but there plenty of food places arounf that deliver.

The bed was clean the rooms was pretty clean and I also like the fact that the room was a nice size. Breakfast saved me some money and the 1 a day free ride to and from the hotel was a big plus. Fyi hotels that serve breakfast actually saves your customers money,

The breakfast was from 6am-10am my husband slept in late when I came back @ 9:30am the worker was cleaning and looked like she was in a rush. If you advertise breakfast @ 6-10am why clean up all the food @ or b4 9:30am? The occupants in the next room was smoking all day and although the room was clean i could smell the smoke coming threw the walls and i dont smoke. and when i was in the bathroom i could smell it. when i cam eoutside of the hotel i smelled as though i was in a smoking contest

Good and comfortable rooms. Great, free and fast internet connection. Breakfast was a bit better than expected (but expectations were low). Free shuttle to the Metro Station - but only once per day. Silent location.

In industrial area with no restaurants and shops around. About 10 to 15 min walk to the Metro station.

They were very accomodating. Our room 504had a beautiful.view of the.city. The transportation to subway was excellent. Breakfast was well stocked. Not a bad thing to talk about.

The housekeeping staff were very friendly (one Spanish lady in particular) and all but one of the reception staff (the young oriental guy was, by far, the best). Breakfast was ok, pretty bog standard. The hotel owner sorted out a problem that arose from too much money being pre-authorised from my bank very swiftly, which was good. The rooms were fairly comfortable, and clean.

One receptionist gave bad directions, resulting in my walking miles. I think she just couldn't be bothered so said whatever to get rid of me.

I felt that it was tired and dated - I booked a smoking room and was given a non smoking but they found me a smoking room very quickly.I have no complaints, in the end you get what you pay for.

Large comfy beds and a faily quiet room ,Not to far a walk to the subway through an ok area to walk it takes around 15 to 20 minutes to get to Times Square on subway.

Where it is located put us off at first, there is I beleive the largest cemetry in the area 40 yards from the front entrance. Though the room we had didn't overlook it, the reception area is a bit run down though the staff were helpful. The breakfast wasn't much to get up for in particular the scrambled eggs weren't that nice. Suprisingly for New York either was the coffee. If you like bagels and waffles its ok cereals not much choice. We both felt that the place could do with some refurbishment. We visited in early May but if we visited in summer we would go elsewhere as the aircon was noisy and would have great difficulty sleeping with it on.
