Lovely large clean room with fridge and microwave, with a distance view of the Manhattan skyline. Staff very helpful and breakfast good with snacks provided all day. A bit far from the subway, it took about fifteen minutes to walk there or back The free shuttle service provided by the hotel was a bit slow responding to requests and if using the public phone opposite the subway station, to request the shuttle, you need to put a 1 in front of the number given by the hotel and a 25 cent coin in before pushing the damaged numbers on the phone. |

Worst, unhelpful, unfriendly front desk staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Argued about the reservation, provided incorrect info about shuttles, were rude checking in and out. |

The staff and service are really good wenjoyed it very much. The only weak point of the hotel, in our opinion, was the elevator, too slow and not realiable. |

We had a spacious, accomodating room with a large bath and shower. The service was prompt and satisfactory, and the staff were excellent. Great atmosphere and warm people along with decent rooms made the stay very pleasant. The buffet in the morning, although convenient, was not very tasty. Thanks to the wide variety though, I skipped most of the food and stuck to cheerios, fruit and some juice. The hotel location was also a bit inconvenient since we spent most of our time in Manhattan (downtown), but the shuttle service to the station made up for it. |

Super fonctionnalité : cafetière, micro-onde, table et fer à repasser, petit déjeuner et navette de l'hôtel au métro. Franchement rapport qualité/prix cet hôtel est top !!! Seules petites critiques, le ménage n'est pas fait dans les coins et des odeurs de cusine se répendent en permanence dans tout l'hôtel. Mais cela n'est franchement pas gênant. |

Het ontbijt erg ver vanaf de metro ( goed kwartier pittig doorlopen), hiervoor werd wel een taxi door het hotel ingezet, maar het was zo druk dat het vaak een uur wachten was voor je mee kon. |
