Room was cleaned every day, airco worked, good shower, Room was very good for the money
breakfast was not very good, low quality food, but with friendly hostess.
Great parking in teritory.
Breakfast was very poor.
Service at front desk. Checking in and out was embarrassing to watch how confused the employees were.
The location is easy to get to off the freeway and near Market street restaurants. Parking used to be free, but now $10-still better than $30 or more down the street at other places.
If your not used to city life; the street people might be off putting. They are harmless though. We take a cab at night to and from the front of the place.
Horrible location. I felt completely unsafe. I had people banging on my door at 4 am.
the area was very close to the Civic Centre which is where drugs users and homeless congregate. on two nights we were unable to sleep because of the noise, threatening and frightening behaviour of other guests / visitors outside out room door. No action by the management at all. Photos bore little resemblance to the room we were given Rating should be close to 0
Room size, facilites, staff, breakfast, Value of money, Cleanliness
Location - not so great neighbourhood, have to walk 4-5 blocks for BART station (not easy with heavy luggage) WiFi not working - this is a big drawback (they have only one router in lobby i think - which is also a very low end device)
Price - booking.com price to be close to airport for next morning departure
location was a little scary; walk to find a place to eat with not many choices; didn't feel safe to stay out after dark. parking was odd but available first come first served and you pay for it - bed was very uncomfortable so glad it was a short night -had to depart for airport
Staff were accommodating and free breakfast area was clean and well stocked.
Wi-Fi was intermittent.
so what about the free wifi? i couldn't connect to it and was given no info on it
The wifi wasn't working.
Convenient location near downtown. Free breakfast Clean
Awful pillows, though bed was ok Cheap furnishings
Location was good and central
A bed bug infestation resulting in over 100 bites made me cut my trip short. The management have not responded to repeated requests for a further discussion
the workers or staff was really really helpful i comend them
paying for parking and we could hear the vending machines , traffic from the street
The breakfast was fine. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was ideally located and very inexpensive for San Francisco.
I couldn't use the wifi from my room and the computer in the reception area was out of order. The sofa was in poor condition. There was a very noisy fight in the parking lot at 12:00am. In the morning we found boxes of half eaten fast food littering the hallways.
staff and location very good !
Rooms need an upgraded look and free wifi is awful and hardly works. I'd rather pay a small fee for working wifi
location to where I needed to be, on site parking, wifi, second floor, breakfast, renovated property since my last stay, (3rd time) shower was new, room was big, checkin was great Oriental/Asian guy was great.
fan/ac didn't work in my room # 234 I told the front desk but it was to late maintence left for the day, it made the room very stuffy. Remote control didn't work for TV. Couch needs to be thrown out, don't like that you have to pay for parking now.
There location to downtown San Francisco
There unfufilled promise of no internet. There complicated receipt on check out that does not make sense to the customers
I thankfully got a room away from the busy street, but one of my collegues did not and had a horrible night with street noice level and lack of sound proofing of the rooms. Parking compared to city center hotels a plus.
Room was not very clean, bedding quality for the price of the hotel was very poor.
The rooms were clean and tidy the shower was ok not much pressure and just about warm enough
No wifi at all so found it a bit lonely for a couple of days when I got I'll also I got stung with a ridiculous rate over New Years I could of got a 5 star hotel cheaper
The price was OK, but honestly not cheap enough to validate the inadequacies.
-First impression: There was a homeless man obviously on drugs wondering the parking lot exposing himself. Since there are signs posted to park in the lot at your own risk, this was disturbing. What was more disturbing is that staff did nothing to stop him as he began wondering the halls. -The room smelled to the point of giving me a headache. I asked for a room change, they said it was not possible. -I actually found a crack pipe on the ground. How charming. -My friend stopped by before we went out. He had a service animal. Since we did not read the fine print about no pets allowed they charged me $100 even after I offered to provide proof that it was a service animal. -Staff was completely unhelpful.
Everything about it
* Near to downtown * Breakfast included
* Bad neighborhood * Free Wi-Fi does not work at all * Some of the staff was unfriendly and rude * This hotel has no smoking rooms even though it is offered as an option when booking
The rooms was very big and clean. Nice restroom as well.
They had no good places to eat anywhere close. We had to have everything deleverd in to the rooms at night to eat.
It had a nice comfortable bed, good parking, and was safe.
The staff was kind of clueless. They did not offer the room I booked, but made it work.
