Really helpful reception. Spacious rooms. Car parking(free).
Location v ropey, especially at night. Lots of down and outs
The place was clean and comfortable and located in a fairly quiet area. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Market Street trams.
I was disappointed that the WiFi was not working at all during my 3 day stay which was one of the reasons I selected this location.
Price was reasonable for the location to downtown and access to highways Parking!!!
Wifi was poor, no gym but a small pool is available, breakfast selection was not great
Not to far from the center and a running washingmashine and dryer.
It was by far the worst hotel on our trip in a sordid quater!!!!Poor breakfast only until 9 a.m in an ugly surrounding and the waffelmaker was turned off at exactly 9 while I was waiting in the line for my turn. The pool couldn't be used before breakfast, because it was only allowed after 9 a.m.. The couch,in our room looked ugly, dirty, and it smelled bad. Moreover the staff was unfriendly, exept the cleaningwomen. Realy a bad hotel!!!...
Parking availability Close to most sites we had to visit. No traffic jam since we are already downtown.
Street noises are at high level (motorcycles, Trucks, etc) The room for breakfast is to small and to much people for only one toaster and one Waffle machine.
Parking Bed Cleaning
Breakfast area Very bad internet connection Location of hotel in bad street
Position is very handy to the center, staff is ok, cleaness of bathroom and room in general. The breackfast was ok.
The noise from the road, they give you earplugs for sleeping..the confort of the bed was poor (really old matress..).
the hotel was good value for money and the venue was nice
the staff was a bit abrupt and the security deposite was a bit steep
The place is affordable. It's clean and not seedy like some of the comparably priced alternatives. Decent location and free parking....
Their deposit is often more than the cost of the room and the money is not always credited back to your account right away. Can be a little frustrating if you are on a tight budget but it is hardly reason enough not to stay....
Loved the location to AT & T Park since we walked to and from.
Street Noisy from traffic but if you only plan on sleeping you won't hear a thing while asleep.
Although the room was old. It was well maintained and had a moderate selection of channels on the tv
The room was loud. In fact the room came with 2 sets of earplugs. The continental breakfast was the worst I've ever seen. There was 1 waffle maker which everyone horded around, there were never any eggs, and one toaster besides the waffle maker. It was as though everyone was hovering around a campfire since toast and waffles were about all you got and they were side by side. That's when it was actually open. It posted hours like 6am - 9am. Of course I hadn't seen the doors open at 6. In fact this morning I left at 6:15 which was fine, because I lived like a king at McDonalds in comparison.
Location not great for $250/night
Clean room and bathroom Fair breakfast deal Luggage storing facility after check-out
Traffic noise during night wifi didn't work for 2 out of 3 days of our stay Location is no good
Breakfast was decent. Included waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, coffee, hot chocolate, tea. Room in the back of the property was quiet. Staff was friendly. Location.
The sleeper sofa was filthy. The cushions were ripped and the sofa was very dirty. Once folded into a bed though, it was ok. The internet was great sometimes but other times slowed to unuseable. 0.15 Mbps.
Basically all fine except for...
... The rooms are loud (most rooms are to the street und poor nose isolation of window) and in the area are a lot of homeless people (which is a bit annoying but not dramatic).
We got in on the free parking special which was great! The breakfast was nicely done; hot waffles and eggs. We were comfortable for the most part.
The first level was very noisy, especially folks walking around on top of us. The neighborhood was a little "iffy" even in daylight; a bit too close to the Tenderloin area.
the breakfast the rooms are nice good value for the most part if nothing else going on in town but skyrockets to outragous if the city is booked
the staff is a bit cold they require a 200 cash deposite 11 am checkout is a bit early
To be 4 blocks from market av the outside of 9th av is somethung dark
Good location in the center of the City. If you are familiar with SF, you know to look past the grittiness of the area to realize that you're in a location that makes it easy to get everywhere. We also had a great meal in walking distance at AzucarSF.
Wifi didn't work.
Room was really clean.
Too much noise out side.
Clean room, pleasant staff, good location to public transit and to drive to
Location, you have everything you need in the room, quite place.
Staff could be more friendly and attantive to the guests.
There was no drinking water in the room refrigerator, the bed was quite uncomfortable. The window curtains were old and when pulled did not give the needed privacy. The room carpet had taken some beating as well.
200$ deposit if no debit card or a 100$ deposit on your debit card and I asked for a twin bed and got a small single room with four kids and they said we couldn't get another room because they were full
Room facilities mostly very good
Too exposed to street life in a neighbourhood where drunk and rowdy behaviour spoiled our stay. Felt insecure - especially since the door chain was broken. Receptionist in the morning could have been more welcoming.
