The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to get a good night's sleep. The staff directed us to our room. We had several items of luggage to carry. Since the direct route to the room was not able to be taken because of an elevator out of commission, we were directed through the halls and into another elevator. We walked and walked to get to our room. It turns out our room was only a few steps away from another door which we could have easily driven to. Frustrating!

I requested a room with a King bed, but was given a room with two Queens, but not a big deal. Lots of debrie on outside of hotel which cheapened the look of the hotel.

didnt have my reservation when arived , late check in 4 pm and early check out 11am . house keeping knocking on my door at 10am wanting to clean my room . felt rushed . made a reservation for a king size bed and got a double.
