Lack of breakfast
We stayed at the Clock tower twice. The rooms were clean and comfortable . We would stay again if our travels take us to Billings.
* Good size room * Excellent bathroom & shower * Excellent plug-ins for computers/cell phones * Exactly the kind of hotel for traveling retirees like us
The staff went out of their way to find me exactly what I wanted; including the right flavor of yogurt.
I liked everything about the place! The staff was helpful in arranging a limo for us to go out, check-in and out was easy, room was very nice, clean, roomy, parking was provided in the parking garage....everything was great in all 3 of the rooms that our friends and us had! The swimming pool and area looked very nice, but we didn't have the opportunity to use it! It is also walking distance to some restraunts and casinos and shopping downtown. I would very much recommend this hotel and would definetly stay there again!
I didn't find anything I didn't like! Was very happy with our stay!
Location was and facilities were clean
Speedy check in with cheerful staff Remodeled room - tastefully done Very clean Great bathroom Convenient location
Nice breakfast place next door, clean hotel, nice pool area, sauna and fitness room available, lots of parking available, comfortable beds, big rooms, reliable wifi.
Loud air condition, location not very nice, but doesn't affect stay, some rooms very far from pool, sauna, and fitness room. Make sure to check your payment per night, I was charged wrong twice, but after pointing it out, I got reimbursed.
Poor lighting in bedroom/living area. With macular degeneration and glacoma, it was dark to me. Poor lighting. Bathroom area fine. Very tight quarters for two people. I would not stay again. Too many outside steps to climb with poor eyesight. thank you
Parking is a bit difficult
Loved that it had an outdoor pool. It was really small, but our kids had fun, and I got some sun.
Very clean room with lots of updates; large shower with 2 heads, digital thermostat for room and bathroom tile, lots of plugins for devices and iPod dock on the alarm clock. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
No breakfast included, but nice breakfast restaurant extremely close to hotel office.
The hotel was located right next to downtown Billings with a good selection of restaurants and bars. Convenient parking. Very comfortable room.
Billings is a very industrial city, so not my kind of place.
Nice studio room clean and comfortable serviced daily.
No free breakfast like some other hotels.
The room was really nice inside. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The bath products were nice, as in conditioner that actually works. Also the staff were very friendly. In traveling through the Midwest we have found it difficult to find hotels with fitness rooms but there fitness equipment was in good shape.
There was limited parking and we had to park on the street. The meter did not start till 8 am so we were able to move the car to the parking area before the meter started since other patrons had left. The insulation to ambient sound is less than desirable. Overall they have done an excellent job with what they had. Much nicer than it appears from the outside
Great location.. Friendly staff... Clean comfortable rooms
Great, down town and close to my business. Very comfortable and friendly.
The construction, but that's going on every where and with the construction it makes it better, end results.
nice room, comfortable beds, nice pool
the manager of the hotel was getting married and used the hotel as his personal retreat. the pool was occupied by 15 or 20 drunken, loud teenagers all day and night, people complained to the front desk but no action was taken. we were charged full price of approx. $160 per night and could not use the pool or sleep at night. we will NEVER stay here again and will do our best to make sure that no one we talk to stays there either! shame on management!
The Hotel is at a great location, close to bars and restaurants in walking distance. There were street dances when we stayed so much fun! Staff was wonderful, our car wouldn't start and the maintenance guy brought a charger and got us going again.
Only one washer and dryer, very old, you had to go into another end of the building and the dryer took over an hour to dry a small load so my two loads were not done until midnight.
Location. Value for money
A heated floor in the bathroom and dual shower heads were awesome. It was also just an all around nice place.
The only slight issue I had was that it was a bit expensive.
Excellent downtown location close to a variety of good restaurants. The rooms we stayed in were clean and nicely appointed, with surprisingly comfortable beds. Shuttle service is a great plus. The king size bed with the double shower was really nice compared to the double room we stayed in the first night we were there.
Stairs to second floor were potentially hazardous while carrying luggage. Being woken at 4:45 AM for a shuttle that had been arranged for the previous day at 4/45 PM was a minor annoyance.
They remodeled the hotel very nicely. Close restaurants. Very friendly.
Good location and facilities. Did a full wash as we had been away for 2 weeks. $2 Close to good restaurants.car at door.
Having to buy breakfast next door.
