눉This room was advertised on Booking.com as a two BEDROOM suite. There were NOT two bedrooms. It was 1 room with 2 King beds and a living room, but the hotel and booking.com insist that I got the room I booked. NOT TRUE.
Additionally, there was no fridge or microwave in the room, I had to call maintence and ask them to bring one. At 11:30pm in the evening the smoke alarm started beeping due to the battery dying, so we had to wait for someone to come fix it. His solution was to remove the battery, but did not replace it b/c he did not know where the batteries were kept. After he removed the battery, BEFORE he left the room it continued to beep, but he said to wait a few mins and it would stop. He left, we waited 15 mins as it continued to beep and no one could sleep including my 4 yr old son who was exhausted after traveling all day from CA. I had to call back to complain again, they finally send someone else, but again instead of replacing the battery, he completely removed the smoke alarm. We stayed in the room the entire time without it being replaced.
To top everything else off, the pool was dirty the entire time. Most of the staff had no idea what they were doing, didn't know what kind of rooms there were, couldn't get keys to work, etc. My family had another room there where their door wouldn't even lock, so they had to spend a day with the door unlocked, until they could change the whole lock on the door. The "manager" who heard our complaints, was wearing a tank top, not even a uniform, had visible tattoos showing and looked grungy....and she didn't even offer any resolutions, just a discount next time we wanted to stay at the hotel. Based on this experience, we would NEVER stay at this hotel again.
