I didn't like the gentleman who didn't let me wait in the lobby after checking out! I am a disabled woman who had to carry or drag all my stuff to the curb and wait for my ride to alive.
Denny's 24 hours crossing the street
I made my reservation using booking.com I even got my confirmation number for a $75 aprox +tax room once I arrived the confirmation was not valid even though I had it in my hand so the result was: I paid for a "suite" $130 +tax and please where the hell that room is a Suite????? so I feel like someone stole my money ($55).... so it was a bad experience using your web service and choosing that hotel (this is the first time I feel upset with you)
Great stay. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, right next to the freeway. If you get a room in the 2nd building, you don't hear the cars on the freeway. Also, close to Target and WalMart. Only complaint was the neighborhood. It's a little sketchy at night.
Sketchy neighborhood at night.
The shower was literally turned hot and cold every 5-7 seconds. It was infuriating. The pillow cases had lintballs.
the clerk and the front desk was acting like he didn't see my reservation so I had to get on there computer and pull it up from my email which I still with me. And they wouldn't give me my 10 % discount from AAA because they said I booked my reservation through booking.com which is you guys
location and value great
little outdated and not much too it. pool not super clean but ok. but for the money, we would stay again
The staff tied to be helpful.
First room was dirty; second room A/C did not work; third room, beds were lumpy.
Location was good and secure.
Breakfast too much carbs, appreciate if you add more healthy choices.
Breakfast was very good.
Several things. 1) There are 2 buildings on property. 2) All online pictures are of the nicer 3 story building. 3) Other building is a long skinny old smelly building about 50 feet from the major interstate. 4) Felt like we all got the "bait and switch" routine. 5) Very loud. 6) Share parking lot with gas station which is basically right on property. 7) Ironing board was broken making it difficult to iron our clothes for the wedding we were all attending. 8) Wi-fi was spotty at best. 9) Absolutely NO LOBBY or tables to hang out with family in a comfortable place. 10) This hotel is poor but if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep for one night passing through, then this might be ok. 11) Bring your earplugs and be prepared for the old musty smells.
it was in the area i was looking for
the room was not as promised the facilities where dirty and not maintained properly bad experience all together will never go back again
The front desk clerk was helpful. Water pressure was decent.
The location was bad, but the accommodations were worse. 3rd floor location, elevator broken. The bed was unbelievably hard; just like a plywood board with springs. The floor creaked with every step. The WiFi dropped every few seconds, which made work impossible. Air conditioning didn't maintain the temperature where I wanted it, and it was an old-fashioned wall unit. Very noisy.
It was quiet. Not far from restaurants. Easy access.
The room smelled like carpet fresh. Some might think that that is a good thing, I didn't like it.
It was close to Lakeside American Legion which we had to visit.
First time visited hotel is very out dated and old. But it was close to our desination.
breakfast very nice and helpful servers
that the breakfast was dine in only my mother who was with me on this trip has difficult walking was not able to walk to the dining area.
Entire staff was friendly and polite.
Only complaint would be with the Wi-Fi. Was using an iPad and continuously would loose the connections errrrr.
Micro & refer in room
I'v stayed in many BW's over the last 30+ years, this one is the least by far.
Rather friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant and clean room and closed to (across a rather busy street) a Denny’s, I do believe they are called Restaurants, which is very convenient for a quick bite to eat. The breakfast is comparable to other brand hotels. Very closed to I 8 for a quick access when traveling cross country and time counts. Would not mind returning when in this area again.
Coffee in room
Breakfast and Balcony
Wifi was weak.
maybe the cost. Not sure it was worth it now.
Being woke up at 6:30 am to a very loud threatening argument between a man and women that lasted 30 minutes. Doors were opening and slamming closed.I was afraid to open my door or call the front desk because I didn't want anyone to know who called the complaint in.
Price and location
Disappointed in service from some staff but not all
The first room we walked into had not been cleaned from prior guest. Then we got switched to a room with 2 queen beds instead of 1king bed like we booked. Now I have been checked out for 3 days and they are still holding money from my account. I called to talk to manager and he was very rude.
