The hallways were very dark...that made me feel unsafe. The shower went from warm to ice cold to scalding hot in a split second. It was very uncomfortable and continued to do it for the length of the shower. OUCH!!! No pool = no fun!

Not much--I was disappointed from previous stays there. Desk clerk was not very helpful. There is no longer a free shuttle to the airport. About midnight the fire alarm went off, and we didn't receive any information from the staff--they didn't seem to be around. We just decided not to leave because some other people in the hall said someone had burned popcorn. The extremely loud alarm went off for several minutes. There was no announcement--nothing.

Staff was very friendly. Room was excellent. Parking was a little difficult. Also there was an outside light that shined in the room.

Economical...comfortable bed...easy Internet access. The parking was not as convenient as I would've liked. It wasn't easy to park close to where my room was. Not that I normally mind but it'd been snowing & quite windy-cold. I had to It was a long walk with my luggage.

when we got there we where informed that the free parking and airport shuttle was not included in the on-line price. we would have to pay 139.00 instead of 86.00 a night!! we declined and parked our car at the e-z air park instead.

Clean and close to where we wanted to go. Also enjoyed breakfast! We have stayed here before when flying out of the airport and have enjoyed it. Will probably use Dakota Ridge again. The clerk at the desk when we got there was not helpful at all and almost rude. They hadn't received notice of our booking from Booking.com and I didn't have confirmation sheet with me. Clerk was not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about getting it straightened out.

It was clean and quiet! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was enough to eat. I only have one suggestion. People who park and leave their vehicle there to go on business or vacation, should have to park in the rear of the lot. Too many cars are parked there and snow everywhere! The parking was very dangerous. I fell down twice because of all the snow and ice around my vehicle. The parking lot situation would be my only hesitation to book there again. Thanks.

I liked that they upgraded us to a queen suite when they did not have an extra cot available. However, they ended up charging us for the cot ($10) even tho we did not use one. I thought the staff were not very friendly. We didn't get a shuttle at the time we wanted because it was "not convenient" for them. We did not get a shuttle at all for the Mall. They only had 1 driver (who was very nice), but was run off her feet. Also, the bathroom shower was full of hair. We will not stay here again. It used to be much nicer staff.

We love the easy park and fly. Always very courteous shuttle driver. I think the room window needs room darkening curtain. The sheer curtain allowed a LOT of traffic lights.

location, shuttle to mall of america, friendly staff, continental breakfast I liked the best western, what I didnt't like was booking from Booking.com. They said I was getting a Queen Suite, which is what I normally stay in at Best Western, instead, I paid for a double queen room. I was overcharged and it Booking.com falsly advertised my room as a Queen suite instead of a Double Queen room. Thanks alot Booking.Com for your false representation of my room and extra cost I incurred for a suite that I did not get. Next time I will book right through Best Western and will not use your site again. Please take me off your mainling list.

The hotel was very pleasant and clean, and the staff was very friendly. With the exception of one misplaced commnent (explained below), we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely return if visiting the area again. After a long day out, we returned to our room at approxiately 4:30 pm to find that it had not yet been made up. We were tired and wanted to relax. My wife went to the front desk to ask about the room and was informed that they needed to accommodate guests checking in first. While I understand that the hotel may have been fully booked and entering guests are important, registered guests should be treated as just as important. We felt like it was only important to get us in the door. Having said that, the situation was immediately rectified and there were no other problems the remainder of our stay.
