Staff were freindly and polite.

Walls were thin. Very noisy at night. Doors slam shut all night.

I love the room given to me, a non-smoking room, it's quiet and the bed was perfect. The receptionist was very helpful and sensitive to the customer needs. Nice job.

I think for the price, there should be a better breakfast, at least bacon would be a better addition.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room is spacious and the beds have lots of pillows. If you're lucky, you get a nice view like we did.

Even though it was generally clean looking, unfortunately there were several hairs on the bathroom sink and also in the shower that weren't cleaned off and one of the hand towels had a yellow stain on it.

Proximity to Union Station. Hop On Hop Off stop is also very near to the Hotel.

Restaurant is not still open. One can not have something to eat after the restaurant on Ground Floor is closed.

The front desk staff person was very friendly. Cleaning staff were also friendly.

The location is sketchy. People who stay there are all creepy. Ill never stay in Chinatown again.

We were 4 friends and for one night for one room with two big beds,we just paid 100 $. It was good at this point. The room was clean. I can not comment on location as we had car and used gps to leave la early in the morning. It was 15 min driving from Hollywood. In general, I liked the hotel and the breakfast was included and it was good.

I paid 10 $ for parking.

Very old building and furniture. Mostly looks like an one star Hotel. First day of my check, we found a lot of long hair on the bed sheet and some black stains on the pillow sheet. It looks like they have never washed and changed them. Broken toilet flush and elevator.

Good location in Chinatown, safe and close to transports and super cheap and excellent Chinese restaurants. Staff was kind, room large and clean.

Wi-fi sometimes very slow

It was centrally located to where I needed to be. Their parking was convenient...easy to get in and get out. Friendly staff.

The moldy smell from the shower curtain was very strong. I had to spray my room with some room spray and close the door to the bathroom to keep the smell in. I noticed the price listed on booking.com was higher than was charged...was that because booking.com had a partnership discount on this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice and considerate. The Cafe was well equipped and service was excellent.

The payment for parking.

Breakfast wasn't great but I think new facilities are soon to be opened

the toilet that guests can use after they check out is very dirty and needs to be cleaned on a daily basis. There are not enough indoor tables to eat breakfast when it is cool. I was in room 312 and it was very noisy. you should look at installing double glass.
