Best Western Dulles Airport Inn  

Location was good

Room was out dated

Leaving on a morning flight and had holidayed in Delaware. Needed a clean comfortable location close to the airport. Have stayed at Best WEstern before and know the quality and local ownership. I would stay when I am next fying out of Dulles.

Could hear the people in the next room, so not very restful. No restaurant, so went to the next hotel along for food.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff person at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. We needed to return our rental car and the location couldn't have been better, only a 5 minute drive from the drop location at the airport. The whole experience at the hotel was positive.

The hotel was ok bed and pillows great non smoking free bkfast free shuttle to Dulles.

The staff was incompetent and inexistent they didn"t find my reservation I as a 55 year old had to carry all my luggage.

Excellent value for money. Price included breakfast which was more than we expected. Arrived at midnight - night staff (Theresa) provided excellent service going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Changed our rooms when stairs were difficult, provided us with travel info for buses and helped us with internet access.

Only negative was that bath towels were a too small but plenty of them.

Very helpful and friendly office staff. Particularly good breakfast. Efficient shuttle service.

Only one restaurant in walking distance. Considerable noise from neighboring rooms.

The young lady who checked me was VERY welcoming. Her positive attitude really set the tone. Thank you.

Bed was comfortable. Surroundings quiet. Close to airport with free shuttle.

No shampoo in the room.

Staff was friendly. Rooms have mini fridges & microwaves, as well as coffee makers with filter packs included with individual coffee packets. Table & chairs was nice bonus.

Amenities such as soap, shampoo & conditioner. Mattress was a bit on the soft side.

The manager was extremely nice and addressed the issues I brought to her well. I loved the area. Things were not too far away. We booked a king size bed and wanted to change into a double bed room. The staff was very helpful and quick to accommodate our last minute request.

When we change rooms the staff sent us to what was supposed to be a double bed room instead we get to the room carrying all of our belongings and it's a king size bed. So we have to carry all of our belongings back to the front to tell the staff that room they sent us to isn't a double bed room. The give us our keys and everything was fine in our next room until we tried to take a shower and the shower did not work! We picked up the phone in the room to call the front desk and the phone did not work! So we used our cell phones to call, only to find out there was no maintenance on site so all she could do was suggest that we moved all of our belongings out of the room and into another room. By this time it was late in the evening and all of our things were unpacked. We packed everything up and moved our things to another room which wasn't close by. Our shower worked in our next room and so did our phone. We go out the next day and come back that evening only to find out that our room keys no longer worked! We had to go to the front desk to get new room keys. All in all I loved the area but the service of the hotel needs extreme work and the staff should pay closer attention to detail to make sure little glitches like this do not affect the guests stay in the hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay was rather irritating and stressful. We ended up moving in and out 3xs!
