Convenience of the shuttle to airport and park and fly. This is our second time at ElRancho. Like having the meals on sight. Breakfast is OK and early enough. Menu is good for none weight watchers. Some light (caloric) choices would have been better. We requested handicap room and was thankful and the location on the back side was quiet and beautiful. Wake up call great and the follow up great.

It was quiet. Thre is a 24 hour airport shuttle. You have a long way to move your bags to your room if you don't ave a car. There is no luggage rack to help you.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent onsight restaurant. Airport shuttle picks you up right at your door. Very small and cramped rooms. No microwaves at least in the room I stayed in.

Great location. Close to bart and to S.F. airport. Always clean. Disappointed that bookings.com didn't give the option for stay and fly, so we missed out on the package price when we arrived Hot and cold faucets in shower were hard to adjust and you either had really cold, or scalding hot

The efficiency of the front desk staff impressed me. When our stay was extended because of travel delay they were excellent about arranging shuttle and room Pool felt a long distance from rooms in the 700's. There was no where to change at the pool so that meant a trek through the parking lot.

The room was updated nicely and spacious. For the price I expected a 3 Star hotel not a maybe 2 1/2 star motel , picture was deceiving. Also there was a train that went by every 2 to 3 hours Blowing it's horn/whistle.

Room was a nice surprise. The exterior of the hotel is so dated but the room was nicely done. The room was quite far from the lobby. However security walked me to my room. Exterior was very dated.

close to airport Ride to airport in the middle of the night was prompt at our room. They did not give us "Mileage or points" credit with Best Western! They wouldn't even try! Desk help could be better

The female trainee at the front desk was very helpful and showed initiative. Breakfast snacjk was fine. The computer with printer helped for Boarding passes, the room was luxurious and clean.

Close to airport The room was far from the lobby. I neglected to tell ahead of time that I have a hard time walking. When I asked for a ride I was denied, even though there were shuttles near the lobby.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. No problems while staying there. Complimentary breakfast was quite poor and the same day after day. Heating in winter time needs to be upgraded and less noisy.
