perfect for airport stayover, close to SFO, free shuttlebus, quick breakfast. web pictures are a little bit overdone, it's nothing like a 'ranche', but just a regular motel/motel. |

The lady who makes and serves the continental breakfast...a treasure. The noisy trains passing so close. The noisy elevator outside of our door. The hard bed .... the over crowded room - I would not recommend this place to anyone. |

The hotel was not far from the airport, staff was very professional, rooms were clean and calm. Price includes the airport shuttle which stops in front of your room and the shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. Each accommodated person receives an own key/card. Connection to the city center (with public transport) was not that easy due to a long distance to the nearest BART station. Quite a noise from trains passing at night. No further equipment like fridge or microwave oven present at room. Breakfast quite poor. |

The room was very comfortable The hotel layout makes it necessary to take a shuttle to the rooms, which is inconvenient. To add insult to injury, the shuttle driver expected a tip! In other words, you can't walk to your room and you have to pay to get there. What a hassle! The airport transfer stops at other hotels along the way and yet another tip is expected. The stops make the hotel further from the airport than indicated on the web page. |

Proximity to SF Airport and availability of shuttle bus. This was great! Yes.... the restaurant is poor. A very poor dinner menu with little actual choice, and quite expensive too compared to the good restaurants in walking distance in the vicinity |

Proximité aéroport de San Francisco. Close to sfo airport. Personnel desagreable et peu accueillant. Chambre terriblement bruyante car située à quelques mètres de la voie ferrée. Piscine toute petite. Very unpleasant staff at the looby. Very noisy rooms (a few feet to railroad). Very small pool. |

Free airport shuttle, clean rooms, nice swimming pool, excellent staff. Breakfast included in the room rate was from 4:30 to 7:30 hrs! After 7:30 hrs you have to pay for the breakfast. On the website is stated that it is very close to the BART-railway. Some rooms indeed are, but the station is about 1.8 km away, a 20 minute walk. |

I ate at the resturant, since I was there for such a short time. I also dealt with the bus service to the airport. The resurant had OK food, but was clearly understaffed, and people were not taken in the order they were seated. Also to get your bags up or down from the second floor, was both extremely hard to do, and since I was leaving at 4am probably woke up people. This was an absolute diaster for me with back and neck problems!!!!! |

I did not like that the restaurant closed at 10 p.m.as I arrived on an international flight at 9:30 at night and was hungry. I was a woman alone and did not want to walk around at night in a neighborhood I did not know to try to find somewhere to eat. |
