Everything : Staff were excellent ; Tom went out of his way to assist in some travel issues we had which shows us he cared about his hotel. the home made muffins and gourmet breakfast was spot on ...well to die for..

The hot chocolate chips cookies were delicious. also great breakfast. we loved the hotel, staff was nice and helpful. we loved the hot tub facilities.

Cute and well appointed small hotel. The place is so lovely and clean. Staffs are very helpful. Most important thing is chocolate chip cookies that available at 6 pm is the most delicious one. There is an Heated pool too. I love this place.

This inn exceeded our expectations. The location was conveniently within a few minutes of downtown Napa and the highway. We stayed in the main "house" which had the charm and feeling of staying in one's home. Our room on the second floor was clean,spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast buffet there was one of the best we've had at any lodging. Great selection of healthy foods: Belgian waffle, boiled egg, breads, home-made muffins, fresh fruit, oatmeal /condiments and juice,coffee,tea. The owner and his wife were wonderful hosts, greeting guests at the front desk and refilling guests' coffee cups. The highlight of our stay was making sure we were back at the inn by 6 pm when the delicious freshly baked cookies were served. We would definitely stay at this charming inn again.

Excellent hotel. Rooms, food, beds.etc. Was greatly impressed with the quality of this hotel. One of the best I have ever stayed in. Congrats. to the owners. A one, plus !!.

We have stayed there before. The staff are friendly, courteous, and generous with their time. The continental breakfast was more than anyone could ask for. The rooms are clean and large. Easy to walk into town, and easy on, easy off the highway. Just a fabulous place to stay.

Room 401 is subject to noise from upstairs guests.

Excelent staff! Since we visited lots of wineries during our stay, I found the location more tran good.

Girls trip to San Francisco and wine country. Accommodations were all that we expected and then some. Breakfast was very good and nice selection. We are already talking about a return trip.

Breakfast was spacious, staff extremely friendly and helpful - gave good tips where to go in valley and where to have good lunch, area is very calm. Room was large and clean.

This hotel was so warming and good that I changed my plans to stay for one more day. Staff was awesome (Kelly, Miriam and Tom)! They're really kind, helpful and gentle. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. They serve daily the best cookies I've ever had at 6PM. You should be prepared to try them, because they're so good and ends quickly. The location is really close to downtown Napa. About 15 minutes walking. Kelly also recomended a B-side Wine Tour (off the tradiocional wineries) that was really good. They're called Platypus.

Unfortunatelly, due to an operational problem (because I was supposed to stay there only one night and then changed for 2 nights), I was charged twice. But the staff is already helping me to solve this problem.

Everything! One of the nicest accomodations we have stayed in. The staff, room and breakfast were outstanding. We travel alot and this hotel has so much to offer. The best ever!

The staff was A+. Plenty of recommendations from the staff. We enjoyed the freshly made pastries and waffles for breakfast. We had some of the fresh baked chocalate chip cookies and they were really good. The room was very nice. The shower and bathroom was very roomy. The bed was very comfortable and had a home feel to it. I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back in the Spring.

The location, the bathroom and vanity were separated and inconvenient. also the comforter was extremely heavy and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was amazing and in the afternoon they served home made cookies to die for. We spent Christmas there and couldn't have chosen à better place.

Everyone was very nice and it felt like a b&b not a chain hotel. The homemade cookies and milk were awesome and the breakfast was good too. No complaints at all

cozy lobby

This is a lovely "country-style" hotel with great service, friendly owners and a nice ambience - a pleasant change from the large impersonal city hotels. I liked being able to walk up the stairs to our room and the small fire-lit lobby lounge.

The hotel is not quite walking distance from downtown Napa, meaning you have to take a taxi to go for dinner if you want to imbibe! The taxis were the cleanest, best cabs I've ever been in though!

Great service, Staff was very accomodating. Wonderful accomodations for the rate charged. Will certainly recommend.
