Hot/stuffy. Not well insulated or ventilated on top floor.

Very nice hotel. We had wonderful, clean and bright room with complementary sweets and apples. Private parking is also a bonus.

We have had an elongated stay of about 2 months. We have had a birds eye view of the staff and premise. The staff is efficient and warm but respectful. Even though we have been here a long time not one of them has displayed disrespect lack of caring about their job. They still call us MR and MRS. If we ask for help with anything they always respond and take care of our needs as quickly as possible. We have been very impressed. They atmosphere of the hotel is unique and charming. There are decorator details. The care of the property is impressive. When we arrived I commented that they must have just painted because things were in good shape. However they have painted small things every Sun. and just did a more detailed project yesterday The manager and office staff are what every hotel should have. They call us by name and seem to be excited to care for our needs.

Parking lot is difficult. Many nights it has been full.

Well located near the highway and easily accessible to downtown of Santa Barbara.

Humidity odor in the room and the fact that the breakfast was not included.

Great space, clean, comfortable beds, convenient location.

We were very happy that they had smoking rooms!!! It's getting harder and harder to find hotels that accommodate smokers.

Pleasant hotel Santa Barbara Seaport, restaurants etc. only with car

The staff was fabulous. Very accomodating.

Lovely hotel nice rooms which were very clean. We paid $250 for one night stay not sure if this is just a weekend rate but a bit pricy as we have stayed in other hotels wich were as nice with breakfast included for half he price. Would recommend if you get it for a good price.

After three weeks of brown hotel rooms with insufficient lighting, this hotel was just what we needed. The room decor was light, one wall was all mirrors and another was all door - opening onto the pool area. There were even two comfortable arm chairs! The room was clean, the bathroom adequate and just the other side of the pool was an excellent on site restaurant. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Whilst its a nice enough motel, I didn't think it great value for money and I was not staying at peak season either

Odalar inanılmaz eski ve çok temiz görünmüyordu.

Ik kreeg een mooie, ruime kamer op de bovenverdieping. Er was fruit op de kamer en alles was prima in orde. Ook de badkamer was prima met alle mogelijke voorzieningen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging van het hotel is zeer goed.

Sauber, infrastrukturell gut gelegen.

Mitarbeiter im Vergleich zu anderen kalifornischen Städten weniger freundlich und hilfsbereit.
