Slippery tub and shower

The location is away from other hotels and is in a very quiet spot with no audible road traffic. The room was very comfortable and clean and staff were helpful when I asked for a room location away from elevators, etc. Breakfast was standard fare but good and plentiful with lots of variety.

the Room was clean and the service was fast to meet any of our needs. They had a game and workout room. The breakfast provided many choices.

The pool was too cold to enjoy and the bed was not very comfortable. The attempt to fix the problem was a thick foam cover over the terrible mattress

I needed a hotel for one night close to the airport, as I was leaving on an early morning flight, and this was the best hotel for the price.

Staff was very friendly. The room was large and very clean. Internet, breakfast, and parking were all free!

Very quiet and the in room spa was great.

I did`nt like the fact that I requested a smoking room and when I got there I found out that it would cost me 250`00 dollars if I smoked in the room if I had known that before making my reservation I would`ve never stayed there. And the bed was horrible as well. False advetisement is not exceptable

We really enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. That was the best part. We also enjoyed the arcade.

Whenever staying at a hotel I always make sure there is a pool and hot tub. Everytime we went by the pool there was never a soul inside. I went down on my own our second day there. The pool was cold and not swimable. Having higher hopes I moved onto the hot tub. The hot tub was luke warm and was the temp the pool should have been. There was a fixture on the wall that read 82 degrees that was unfortunately locked so I could not increase it. I sat in the hot tub for only a few minutes because the jets were barely pushing out any force and I could not even feel it on my back. After getting out I felt slimmey and had to immediately shower. The breakfast there was terrible. Not many choices and the choices that they had was not very tasty. Coffee was good. I have stayed at Best Westerns before and had a better experience but after this experience I am not so sure I would book with them again. I may just go with a different hotel with a jacuzzi in the bedroom.

Conveniently located in shopping district, beautiful room with jacuzzi.

Next to the airport. That is what best describes the Best Western Executive Court Inn and Conference Center.

The sheets were awful. Both my wife and I had a lousy night sleep because of them. They were like permanent press and wouldn't absorb any moisture. I woke up several times sort of stuck to the sheets. My wife said she noticed the new sheets weren't very soft. Get New Sheets for that hotel. Everything else was great. I would be happy to recommend the hotel if you get new sheets. I have never in all my years of travel felt sheets like those. I am a retired businessman and spent many days on the road.

For the money, it was a great value, I was on budget, but didn't feel like it

I requested and booked a smoking-room. Upon check-in Iwas informed that the hotel is a non-smoking and the reason I was not informed is that it required an international call.

Is was an excellent value, clean, and convenient. The breakfast was prepared well.

Nothing - it was fine.

I loved the faxt that it is in a peaceful setting with all the grounds around it. I loved the fact that it was set back from the road and not right on the road. The pool was good.

I have nothing negative to say. I would stay there if I ever have to go to Manchester again.

The rooms were clean and close to the airport and town. There continental breakfast was filling. Children enjoyed their stay.

The sausage at breakfast didn't look very appetizing...thats about it.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very comfortable, clean, and staff all very friendly and accomodating of all our needs. The location worked for us because we had a car with us. No fee for parking. A plus these days. We didn't have our dog, but as it turned out they did have accomodations for pets. The cont. breakfast was good, just enough choice for us. The rooms were very modern, and comfortable beds. My husband thought the foam top was a bit too warm, but I enjoyed it and slept very well. We would very definately stay there again. Good location for lakes etc. Mt. Washington was only a two hour lovely ride. The "Mall" was only a mile or two away etc. Great shuttle service from the nearby Man. airport.

Convenience to airport; very helpful staff, making recommendations to your needs

Smell too much cigarette smoke in the hallways ( rm 123). wanted non smoking area ( our room was non- smoking). If you are going to put non smoking room customers in the hotel, it should be in a non- smoking hallway.
