Room was ok but when we checked it seemed the housekeeper hadn't finished. We had problems with tv and front desk staff came to assist promptly but left the cabinet in the middle of the room for the entire stay. Well soundproofed as it was noisy outside but didn't bother us when door was closed Kitchen staff didn't seem happy to be there.

Good close location for access to Memphis International airport with a free shutle service supplied by the hotel, driven by the hotel owner! Would use this hotel again! Unfortunately the pool was closed, this was due to Best western requiring the pool to be made accessible to all. According to the owner, this work should be completed in the next few weeks.

Secure free parking Daytime desk clerk didn't hesitate to get bathroom lite replaced while we were out. Breakfast was standard. Daytime clerk was the best, he recommended a good theme restaurant that picks you up and brings you back to hotel. the fact that the bathroom lite quit working during the nite.

good breakfast nice room due to the temperature an air conditioning unit that is outside at the back of room 128 that we were in was droning in the bed, & it was pretty loud!

We stayed two nights during our trip, both coming and going to our destination. Each night we arrived the front desk person was very kind and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I appreciated the fact that the parking lot was secure as well. Everything was great.

Very friendly staff. Felt very safe. The gentelman at the desk let us know what was available to us without us having to ask. We were able to leave our car there while we were on our trip carried us to the airport and picked us us. There wasn't anything I didn't like
