Score from 12 reviews Wonderful
Everything was ok except the odor of the room.
Couch and carpet smelled.
Extemely clean and friendly staff. Great price to be within 15 mins of downtown Nashville. Felt safe staying with my teenaged kids.
Pretty congested area but to be expected.
Bathroom in the lobby was pretty dirty
My husband and I got married that morning and needed a place to stay till we could get away...booked it online and it was fast and easy.
The breakfast could have had better options, the fruit looked like it had been sitting there for a week.
We arrived in Goodlettsville two hours earlier than anticipated and were still able to check in to the room. The room was a King Suite with a small seating area, refrigerator and microwave. The pool was wonderful ~ cool enough to be refreshing but not icy cold as so many are. The location was excellent with a Kroger and a Big K nearby as well as a variety of eateries.
The minor issues which we had were addressed immediately by staff so I do not warrant mentioning them.
Staff was friendly. Room was good once inside!
AC unit was loud. Towels were ask extremely thin( I could see right through then), rough and even falling apart around sides. And the walk ways to the room were sticky and at one place we would walk past it smelt like thrown up beer or like urine, was hard to tell cause I just tried to walked by very fast.
We spent 3 nights in a King room. Ground floor room was quite clean and quiet. My wife loved the bed--very comfortable. Don't know about the TV or microwave; we didn't use them. AC was good. Easy entry tub. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy. Would certainly stay there again.
Furniture (coffee table and desk) were falling apart. Bathroom floor needed a serious scrubbing to get the grout clean, but did not need sweeping.
Front desk associate was friendly.
Supposedly non-smoking room. Room was not clean. Only body wash in shower. Cigarette burns in sheets. Screen on television too dark.
The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to my requests even when they were very busy.
The pool was closed (understandably because it was still in the season) but it was nice out and nowhere to sit outside and enjoy the sun.
Clean, neat, good value. Would stay there again.
Ceiling in bathroom had some water and mold spots. Tub, etc was clean but rooms were a bit older.
Location was good for my trip. Room was clean. The breakfast was a good light meal.
The pictures in the room were the same picture, showing carelessness in detail.
there was a lot of noise from guests that were going to their rooms. Our room was right at the stairs. Next time I will ask for a room that isn't near the stairs. But that's not Best Western's fault people should be more respectful when entering a hotel late at night.
There was shopping, gas stations and restaurants all within walking distance.
The room (king) was made small by having to much big furniture in it. It is dated but was clean.
Every thing was good
I loved the location and friendliness of the staff. The room was spacious and clean.
The wifi was spotty. It kept reconnecting throughout the night.
The staff here were so friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable
Comfortable beds, table and chairs for playing cards, helpful and pleasant staff printed directions to a local restaurant that we wanted to eat at, excellent breakfast and the price was right. We'll stop again on our way to and from Florida next winter.
Cracked sink needs to be replaced, rubber gasket on door to outside needs to be replaced, stool seat needs to be tightened.
The woman at the front desk during check-in was very friendly and helpful. She was in a good mood and seemed genuinely happy we chose her hotel for our stay. I wish more hotel staff were that pleasant. Checkout time had more going on, but they were still pleasant and upbeat. All of them made our short stay in Tennessee enjoyable.
Location to services that I need.
Internet. Owner is working issue but the wireless can be spotty at best. I call to front desk to reset routers all the time. Hope it gets fixed soon.
The room was much quieter than we thought it was going to be. No road noise!
Breakfast was very basic, and not very diabetic friendly. Cereal was stale.
The price was right
It was an older hotel. Fairly clean but there were carpet stains/hole in the mattress.
I definitely enjoyed the location. There was a gas station and plenty of food options within walking distance, as well as a grocery store.
Once I showed the staff my copy of the reservation through Booking.com, they accepted it and gave me the room as reserved with the price I had been given.
The hotel did not have my reservation from Booking.com. They had no record of my reservation. They wanted to give me a room with a higher rate. The WiFi had issues.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable
