The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. (The stone wall in the reception area is lovely!) The room was comfortable. The warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival were an unexpected delight. We appreciated the in-room refrigerator. We weren't there to shop but the hotel is conveniently located to the large mall. There are quite a few restaurant choices nearby. The beds were way too soft for me but they suited my son perfectly. The stairway had an odd odor. I slept through it but my son (19) complained the next morning of a lot noise from the adjoining room into the early morning hours. Earlier, we had noticed in the hallway a rather large group of boisterous 20-somethings that appeared to have been assigned to multiple rooms adjoining and across from ours; no doubt, the source problem.

Good service, friendly. Room 121. Sink stopper stuck closed. No shower pressure. Breakfast special in room is not known by cafe.

The check in process and the staff were really nice and friendly. The water pressure in the sink was so low it was hard to use - had to really work at getting enough to wash hands.

The rooms were a good size and very clean. The bathroom was a good size but the sink area was very tiny. If you are traveling with more than two people, it would be very cramped. The location right off the Interstate is ideal when coming into Fargo from both directions. The shopping is just over the interstate.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location to shopping was great. Hotel was clean and the restaurant had good food and was reasonably priced Pool area was much too hot to be able to sit out there in the evening. Beds and pillows were much too soft for my liking.

It was along the route we were taking and it was quick to get to, right off the highway. Very convenient. Didn't like that the floor in the bathroom had water on it, albeit not much. I think there was a leak in the plumbing somewhere.
