Room was dirty. Crib had wads of hair in it. Although we reserved a kitchenette, there were NO cooking utensils provided which makes no sense. |

the good location( just on the 95 highway) , the free internet in the rooms is a big plus for this hotel , the free breakfast the swimming pool is too small..only good for kids , the booking.com has a (smooking reference rooms) for this hotel but when we arrived there the hotel staff told us that its a tottaly non smooking hotel !!! i dont smoke but my friend was unhappy with that miss understanding |

Arrivavamo da un altro hotel a pochi chilometri....un incubo!!! quando siamo arrivati ci sembrava il paradiso...Molto accogliente...buona la colazione...abbastanza pulito Per una struttura cosi bella...sarebbe necessario verificare puntualmente la pulizia giornaliera |

O quarto do hotel é limpo e agradável, a cama que fiquei era king,muito boa e com excelente travesseiro, apesar do quarto ser acarpetado não apresentava cheiro de mofo. O café da manhã ao estilo americano com cereais, sucos, torrada, ovos, bacon, bom em relação outros hotéis da Flórida, apesar de ser um pouco enjoativo ao paladar brasileiro depois de alguns dias... As funcionárias que servem o café da manhã são bem simpáticas A recepção do hotel deixa muito a desejar, fiz minha reserva na noite anterior ao da estadia, pelo Booking, ao fazer o check-in o recepcionista me informa que não há reserva em meu nome e não faz muito esforço para localizar a reserva que eu lhe disse ter feita através da internet. Por sorte eu estava com meu notebook e então eu mostrei a reserva com os dados necessários, pois o mesmo não se ofereceu em entrar na internet para poder localizar a reserva, mesmo assim após esperar por mais algum tempo o check-in pode ser realizado. |

la stanza era molto confortevole, con arredi nuovi, pulita, silenziosa e ben condizionata. la colazione troppo scarsa e non rapidamente servita. la gestione del servizio shuttle gestito in maniera alquanto superficiale. |
