Ottima la posizione per visitare la città e in particolare il quartiere francese. Colazione discreta.

Servizio all'arrivo, a tarda sera, poco accogliente.

La posizione rispetto il French Quarter, possibilita' di usufruire della piscina

L'offerta della colazione non mi sembra adeguata al prezzo richiesto.

Ho soggiornato per due notti in camera matrimoniale. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Ottima colazione con ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Il personale alla reception è stato molto disponibile.

In bagno l'acqua scorreva sempre calda, anche regolando le manopole sulla gradazione fredda. E dopo una giornata di intenso caldo umido in giro per New Orleans non era affatto piacevole.

Abbastanza ricercato nella costruzione, abbastanza d'effetto il cortile interno, soprattutto il gioco di luci di sera. Buona la posizione poco distante dal centro città

Le camere sono troppo piccole anche per due persone.

the front desk staff, price for the location, the courtyard (we didn't use it but it was lovely to view and walk through)

I thought the room smelled unpleasant and the door didn't fit plumb to the jam. I think the gap was a good 1/4 inch. I wanted to change rooms but the staff was kind enough to let us check in early and we were only spending enough time in the room to sleep. I did buy some bug spray at a local market to spray around the inside and outside of the door.

About the hotel? It was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in- smelled like stinking feet. Chsanged room three times. They all smelled the same. Would never consider staying there again.

Maintenance lady very friendly with a warm personality. Also bar tender in afternoons. These individuals really sood out as I felt other staff were not as friendly, miserable, and sometimes cold and unhelpful. Particularly at breakfast. Swimming pool and gym good.

Room stuffy, not possible to open window. No seating in room. Tv fuzzy and too big. No dressingtable mirror. Side lamp not working. Lack of fresh fruit at b'fast. Staff sometimes unhelpful and unfriendly. Room not serviced on last day- I asked hk not to change sheets or towels, but room was not serviced at all.

Location, size and cleaning of the room, free wifi and breakfast included, check-in staff, pool area.

Roof top noise (makes it difficult for a person that has problem to sleep - room 311); late night check-out staff.

The big old black guy, I think he was the nite manager on the front desk, it was Sunday morning & we had a terrific storm, the water started to enter the hotel from the pool area, boy did he react to stop what could an expensive exercise for the hotel.Good to see staff that realy care about their company Well done.

It was clean and very reasonably priced. The location was good, close to the French Quarter but a little removed from the noise. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Our room (312) was next door to what I believe was a mechanical room. At all hours of the night and early morning we could hear strange sounds that were loud enough to disturb sleep. Although the hotel had a lovely courtyard, the view from our room was the balcony(walkway) to other rooms. To insure privacy, it meant always keeping the curtains closed. I don't think we would ever stay here again.

the frame of the double beds hurt the backs of your knees when you sit on the sides,there is a strong ridge around the matrass. It was advertised as having a restaurant,when in fact it has not had one since Katernia.

Excellent cleanliness. Comfortable. Friendly helpful staff - gentleman on breakfast duty tipped us off about great Freret St festival. Desk staff booked us tours efficiently. Good location on edge of French Quarter. The scones, bacon and scrambled egg at breakfast. Overall we were very happy.

Bar prices a bit high - you would sell a lot more at a lower price. One of us would have liked a bath with shower. More variety on hot items at breakfast would be nice - E.G. only saw scones on 3 days out of 7. (These are minor constructive criticisms - we were very happy overall).

Staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and competent. Breakfasts were good and filling.

Room was a bit small - but comfortable.

Spent a long weekend with my sister. The staff and service were excellent. The location was in walking distance to desired attractions and areas of interest.

Staff was friendly and helpful, close to Bourbon St.

Room was crowded with furniture, difficult to move around, put clothes away, etc. tub did not drain at all but they did move us to another room- next to elevator.

The room was very dark and smelled musty. it could have been a bit cleaner. Even though the room was dark it was painted in a dark brown which didn't help.
