Loved the in room jacuzzi!

The greasy sausages at the continental breakfast. They should select a different brand.

Spa tub was nice.

We booked thru your site. We were quoted .98.00. But we're charged 159.59. Not happy!!! We would have stayed at the Sheridan for that price. Our meeting was there.

Very friendly employees, shuttle from and to airport.

The comforter wasn't the cleaned , kicked it off bed. Everything was very clean.

I found the front office staff not very friendly or accomodating

The large unused area near the pool to sit and talk, and the pool tables.

The in room hot is too small for two healthy people to use at the same time.... Need to be much bigger.

I liked the price for the jacuzzi tub room

the water in the jacuzzi tub wouldnt shut off. we were moved to another room but our food was cold.

I enjoyed the hotel but the issue i'm having is from booking through a third party. I have since been charged twice for the room. I have called the hotel directly and they said they have only one charge on the account under my name. I would not suggest booking a room under a third party. Call the hotel and book through an actual person. I would recommend the hotel but not using booking.com.

Asked for wakeup call and did not get one. Shuttle to airport was poor.

The staff was AMAZING!!!! The room was very clean. I enjoyed myself and will come again soon!

During our stay, there was A LOT of kids running around. The only thing I wish was that the children could have been controlled.

Very clean room, awesome internet, extremely comfortable bed, and the list could go on and on. Very relaxing place to stay and you cannot beat the value for what you get. I would highly recommend this to anybody.

Booking through booking.com they stuck us in a room at the back of the hotel right beside a major interstate and traffic noise was terrible all night. We booked the rom for two people and the room was set up for one person as only one shampoo and one bath towel were provided in the room.

There was no chair other than the desk chair. Since we are a couple, it would have been nice to have another chair.

To stay one night it is o.k. but quite a lot of promises which they do not keep.

Pool and Spa facilities did not work and sauna was not on. Requested a late check out due to a late flight home to Germany but they granted me only 30 minutes more till 1.30 p.m. even if hotel was not full. Hotel looks like old communist style. A huge block building. Expected something in Eastern Europe but not in USA. Anyway, good for 1 night and good located close to Detroit airport.

Impressed with eco-friendly pool area design, specifically--poolside trees and foliage, lounge area above shower rooms, and breakfast eating area overlooking pool. It created a relaxing atmosphere. Great customer service before and during stay. I made reservations in August/September 2011 for April 16, 2012 stay. In the interim, several changes were made to reservations and staff always accomodated the changes in a friendly and efficient manner. Manager was genuinely concerned and proactive in helping my group resolve a room payment mistake we made. Our mistake was resolved expeditiously. I commend the Manager and staff on great customer service. I would definitely stay at Best Western Gateway Int'l (BWGI) again, and recommend BWGI to friends.

Guest room doors closed too slowly. Several times we thought door was closed and it was not.

Proximity to the Detroit Airport. Promise of a shuttle to the airport early the next AM.

Missed the 1st shuttle, Had to beg to get on the next of I would have missed the flight-nearly did. Had to hurry and as age & feet do not hurry well. Should have had a list instead of the mob group in the drive. Shuttle had to be hailed from another Motel and then Squeezed.

The room locking system could be an area that needs immediate attention.
