I enjoyed the friendliness of each person that I came into contact with that worked there! The free breakfast far surpassed and free hotel breakfast that I've had anywhere else. Great location and reasonable rates. Will recommend to others and will stay there again when I'm back in the area!! Really nothing to complain about at all...

- we like the disable room which was connected to the next room for family together. - Breakfast OK - Nice Parking just opposite the rooms - Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful - one of the hotel staff was kind of rude and unfreindly. We asked her for the disable room which was connected to the kids room and she claimed it is not available without checking or making any effort!!, All she cares for was to get credit card for payment?!' but came a while after that and found a nice gentelman (Leo) frontdesk staff who immediately accomodated our request and give us the disable connection room with smile. Thanks a lot Leo!! - poor Wifi signal all the time.... Front Desk knew about it but couldn't do much!!

The free breakfast had a lot of variety and was something I looked forward to every day. The location was ideal for the beach, eating out and shopping. The hotel was old and felt creepy. I missed the Marriott (where I usually stay) immediately upon driving onto the Best Western property. I will never stay here again.

Good location near a wealthy neighbourhood allowed us to go for a lovely walk after breakfast, along marinas, canals and leafy streets. We felt very relaxed and safe while strolling. The verandah overlooked the pool and garden which was great and the room was bright and clean.

The room itself was just great! Everything was super clean. Even though we stayed in a smoking room the smell was faint and it wasn't bothersome. The room was bigger than what I was expecting which was a plus. Also there was a mini fridge and stove top which I wasn't counting on. Great experience. I wish all of the Best Western Inns were as clean and up kept as this one.

I loved the complimentary breakfast which was completely loaded with a ton of great hot food. I thought the microwave and fridge was a huge bonus since I like stocking up on small essentials to save money during my stay for lunch and snacks i think the kitchen for room service should be open later in the evening. The cleaning staff never knocked before entering.

Good breakfast, good location. Clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely balcony on each room. No wifi in the rooms, and for the amount you pay to stay here we expected the wifi to be good.

Location; buffet breakfast; staff; business center bathroom showers, specifically the shower heads; they need to be replaced, or cleaned and remounted; shower curtains too long; plumbing in general showing it's age, old faucets, etc.

The location was perfect for the Grand Prix of Long Beach. The room was large & quiet with a very comfortable bed & sofa.The complementary Breakfast Buffett was absolutely delicious. The Balcony was a cozy spot to watch the sunset with wine from the fridge---Thanks--Jayson The lack of a microwave oven to keep my morning coffee warm.

I liked that was near to the Marine Stadium 2 big cockroaches in the restroom in room 109. Friday 13, 2013 And two unknown insects for me. The carpet was stained. The staff was rude and there was no internet service. The computers in the business center were out of order.I Called to complaint and was not answer.. I will never ever stay there and I will tell everybody I know to never stay there because it is dirty and old.

The breakfast was very good. Location to sights very good. Grounds/flowers lovely. The front desk staff needs much further training. We were charged double for our room. Luckily, I caught the error. Our room was VERY dated, shabby, and in poor repair, particularly the bathroom and front door lock pulled out of molding. On second day, our key cards didn't work; they thought we'd checked out. ????

Location We were in room 445 which was beside an outside door which was noisy. The bed/mattress creaked each time I sat on it or when I turned over in bed I am 16 stone
