Awesome little luxuries, like a Keurig coffee maker, super comfortable beds, great pillows, everything was really clean! A bit expensive, but for quality and location, it is worth it.

The staff was very frienfly, the location is great, close to Grand Canyon, the breakfast was perfect, the beds were very nice We lived in the building very close to the road, though we asked for a room in a buildinf farther from the road, the noise from the road disturbed me at night. The price was much high in comparison with other hotels

The free breakfast served each morning was the best we had of any Hotels we ever stayed at. The staff day staff and cleaning crew where excellent, the only issue we had was with the evening staff and parking Parking sucked, period. There was not enough parking for a full hotel and there where no back up plans to deal with it. People where parking in fire lanes, on the curbs, wherever they could find a space. I had to stand out in the parking lot to save the spot we found at 930pm while my wife went to get some quick meals down the road. I almost got into a fight with another hotel patron because I would not move. I informed the staff three times of the situation outside and there response was that it was the way the hotel was designed. Really?. But the employee of the month parking spot out front sat vacant. I was going to take it but had found a spot but wished someone else would have or the hotel would have offered it up The smokers where another issue, they smoked right outside the doors of the facility and especially the lower level the smoke just got sucked in every time the doors opened which made the area down by the bronze statue and waterfall just gross, and walking the gauntlet of smokers with my children to leave the front door of the facility was ridiculous

easy access to Grand Canyon national park. The room doors bang very loudly when they close. This can be very disturbing at night. Could be easily fixed I think.

We had a minor medical problem and you and the hotel were able to allow us to return home early without charging us cancellation fees. This was greatly appreciated as we are on a budget and have to count our pennies. The facility was great, the staff very gracious. Thank you to all.

Nice and clean hotel in a small and quiet city. Very spacious rooms. Muledeers everywhere outside. Wi-fi available for free. Hotel is close to local airport, 3 minutes, so if you're planning to take a helicopter tour, it's very comfortable to reach the place fast.

It was in an excellent stop for our trip to Bryce Canyon. The breakfast could be presented better. The addition of yogart or peanut butter and wheat bread would be nice.

Hotel in a great location with excellent facilities and friendly staff. We considered the hotel very good value for money. Breakfast experience a little frantic. The tables were too large and it would be more beneficial to have a greater number of smaller tables
