Tracy was able to add our company address to our bill which was important to get reimbursed! Other staff was not willing to do that extra step, but Tracy was very friendly and polite and got it done in a few minutes. Thanks Tracy!
The room was great, even better than I expected. The view was beautiful and everything was very clean, in order. The staff was pleasant and the value of the room was excellent. I will definitely be coming back.
The room above me was banging things on the floor all day and night could not sleep.
Cleanliness Door lock didn't work Paper-thin walls Incompetent, rude staff Extra charges for everything
The location of the room made you feel like it was discounted numbers were missing on the door
Everything else except location
The stuffs are unfriendly.
Location cleanliness comfort
One of the staff was rude, older building, paper thin walls, can hear loud noise from next door room playing loud guitar, had to complaint twice to front desk before someone came and asked the person to calm down, next morning same person was screaming with foul language at his partner.
Extremely clean, well kept, very nice staff
A bit noisy
No fridge, no microwave oven in my room.

The wifi was really fast. The bedding was comfortable and clean. We traveled the week of Christmas and paid about $60 a room, so the value of being on Michigan Ave for that cost was really fantastic. The staff was generally pleasant but not over the top.
Does not have pay per view movies since a recent tv upgrade. The bathrooms are small (but clean). Ice on every other floor is a hassle as we were keep a cooler full of food cold. The windows showing the view were perpetually covered in water condensation on the inside. Valet is $38 a day. No concierge to help with plans.
Housekeeping was very friendly and engaging. Excellent service.
I wanted to switch from a bouble queen to a king room. I saw a vacant dirty room one of the housekeeper was cleaning, so I asked here how long she replied almost done. I called down to inquire the operater was extremely rude. I told her I could have been an LRA Auditor
the location is amazing, and the staff was nice (not overtly friendly, but answered all questions and helpful)
the bed was a bit broken. And we couldnt get a pleasant temperature. Either it was really warm and stuffy, or really cold.
Great location, nice view, very helpful staff.
Breakfast is available in the adjacent restaurant, but at a separate charge.
The pillows are very thin
The location was great for access to the waterfront area, Millennium and Grant Parks, as well as public transportation by way of bus or train. The staff were friendly and our needs were handled immediately. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A little old, but not worn. The room was a little "tight" where the desk was, but appreciated having the desk. Wifi was free and of good quality.
The hotel staff was outstanding!
Great price on the edge of the loop
Reception was poor and continued to be so.
Bed was comfy and wifi was fast
Inexpensive. Free WiFi. Clean.
Location, a quiet part of town with very few food places in the neighborhood. Reception desk clerk at check in (~9pm) was lethargic. Just providing the bare essential fact and the room key. Day time staffs are only slightly better.
Room was large
Extremely poor service particularly from Jennifer the manager. We complained about the music and loud voices, probably a party in an adjacent room. A promised voucher from Jennifer still has not arrived in my email despite repeated promises that it will be sent. Would not recommend this hotel. Reception staff were excellent.
The room was clean and confortable, a good price for the room and also for the restaurant next , staff is always ready an present for help us
No parking in this hotel and others next are too expensive
