We were able to walk from our hotel to the museums and the attractions very easily and able to find the trains and bus terminals nearby, also the hotel restaurant was excellent Elevator kept breaking down at peak times, front desk was not available to help with directions to attractions |

My wife and I visited Chicago to go to the Taste of Chicago which is held in Grant Park. The location of the hotel was perfect since it is located at the south end of Grant Park. We also had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant on the main level of the hotel. The weather was perfect for the outdoor, sidewalk cafe. We were a little surprised when we couldn't check in at 2:00 pm, but in all fairness the check-in time is listed as 3:00 pm. We did get to pre-register for our room, the front desk held our luggage, and we were on our way! |

I enjoyed the stay I did not like that you did not have access to your car with out a vallet, i did not want to tip a vallet everytime I needed an item out of my car |

Het hotel is ietwat ouder, en de gangen zien er niet erg veelbelovend uit. De kamers echter zijn prima in orde, goed uitgerust en perfect schoongemaakt. Ook comfortabele bedden, en een goede badkamer.Het hotel heeft een prima ligging, vlakbij Field Museaum, Shedd Aquariom, Millenium Park en Art Museum. Prima keuze voor redelijk geld. |

Hôtel très bien situé, ce qui facilite la visite de Chicago. Contrairement à la majorité des Best Western, il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner. |

Echt heerlijke bedden!! Internetverbinding alleen in hotellobby en niet op de kamers. Misschien nog wel op de 1 en 2e verdieping, maar in ieder geval niet op de 8e. Locatie is goed voor conferentie in Mc Cormick Place, maar relatief ver weg van downtown Chicago. |

In principe was alles in orde, de locatie is goed, beetje prijzig Weinig faciliteiten koffie/thee op kamer, zeker voor een hotel zonder eigen ontbijt . |
