Clean and spacious. I was charged $800.00 for a one night stay. 2 days later and at home and I still haven't heard why my funds were not replaced....may have to report to attorney general of NC if funds not replaced by tonight's transactions.

Kann leider keine positiven Punkte auffuehren Ueberaltertes, teilweise ungepflegtes Hotel, nicht dem Best Western Standard entsprechend. Hotel war nicht in der Lage, die Firmenadresse auf die Rechnung aufzufuehren!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived and asked to check in early and was able to. Room was clean. Easy to get to major routes The reservation was for 2 queens and we were told it was a king handicap room. We needed to check in early so we did not mind.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was dissappointing. Food was not replenished in a timely manner. Front desk was unattended at midnight and took a very long time to answer when I called down for a wake-up call. Very disappointed with Booking.com as I was confirmed to stay at a different hotel but when I arrived, hotel said they had no record of it and were full, so had to be transferred to Best Western. Will not use this company again.
