The heater in the room was not working. Turned off and on during night then shut off completely woke up in a freezing cold room.
Best location, in center of town
Wi-Fi was tough to connect to.
Updated facility was nice and comfortable.
Fitness room was really sad.
The location is perfect right in the middle of Moab next to the main restaurants. Great breakfast. We ended up staying an extra night as we liked the feel of the place. From Moab you can be at Arches in about 20 minutes and Cannyonland in about 40 minutes
Lovely big room very tastefully decorated, in fact it felt quite luxurious. Super comfy beds. A range of seating, including table and chairs, which we used for eating at as well as soft seats. A very good choice of breakfasts.
Good location for hikes etc. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Right on the main road (easy to find). VERY COMFY BEDS - went for a nap at 4PM and woke up at 6AM! Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Entrance is a tad confusing as it's just off the lights. People can be noisy leaving the carpark at night/early morning.
Nice place. Good breakfast.
Location, breakfast and room.
Clean, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
I spilled a glass of water on the carpet and used a white towel to absorb it. It instantly turned dark brown/grey Time for a steam clean...
Noise from upstairs room's floor
The hot breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a variety of good quality items to choose from. From scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, toast, muffins, yoghurt, fruit, to hot beverages - great selection. The location is also great. Right in the heart of Moab, within walking distance of several restaurants, boutiques and gift shops. We enjoyed walking around in the evenings. Moab is a cute town.
The room was just average, comfortable enough, but nothing special to write home about. Good thing is we spent minimal time in the room as the national parks were calling! For breakfast, did not like the pancakes - the machine being used doesn't do a good job (raw edges and flat pancakes). It would be better to get waffle machines/stations - they make crispy, well cooked waffles.
Breakfast and everything except...
ONE of the staff at the front desk was very abrupt and raced thru the check in information. ALL the other staff members were courteous and helpful.
Close to a Sichuan restaurant, reception area is good. Breakfast is terrific
Service, the smoke detector was suddenly alarmed multifunction ally, I called the reception, but nobody was there.
needs carpet and bedspreads cleaning
Near to Arches and Canyonland
Staff of our arrival. Not very friendship. Small bathroom. Bad coffee. Breakfast could be better. Poor omelette.
Nicely remodeled property!
Carpet was really dirty- after walking around barefoot for only a minute, I stepped in the shower and saw dirty water from my feet. Also, the beds were really hard and uncomfortable- my wife and I didn't get a restful nights sleep.
The breakfast was excellent! The facility was clean, parking was easy and exterior was friendly!
Bed was uncomfortable for my taste.
We had made confirmed reservations at least a month before our stay at the Best Western Plus Greenwell Inn. We arrived two hours before the stated check in time. We were told that our room was not ready but they could check us in and we would have to come back at 4:00 for the keys. We were given a room number but no key. My husband was sick so we just stayed in the lobby. After several other people came in without reservations and checked in and got into their rooms right away, I went up to the room to see if the maid was still working on it. No one was in the room. I went back downstairs and was again told that the room was not ready. I told her that I was just up at the room and no one was working on it, but she said that it was not ready. I then asked her why were other people getting in rooms that didn't even have reservations. She then gave us another room at 3:30. We are very disappointed at how this hotel is not very accommodating to customers with reservations. I would not stay at this hotel again due to this hassle at check-in. If you know that you have paid reservations coming in you should have those rooms ready first. Not accommodate non reservations first. This is poor customer service.
Good Western Standard
Pool was closed for repainting - in full season?
Close proximity to Main Street for shops and restaurants. Clean pool and hot tub
Not well soundproofed, ask for an upper floor room. The family in room above sounded like they were stomping hard every time they moved around and at 6am this was not greatly appreciated.
Location was excellent.ideal for shops and close to sights. Good variety of food at breakfast.
Bathroom was minute. Not enough room to dress.wi fi not secure.
