Mary at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Gary, the car valet and bag handler was fantastic too. They talked to us!

Common areas were old and run down. The carpet in the hallway was really shabby and not in the chic way. Staff was adequately pleasant. Don't get too excited about the breakfast.
Our room was recently renovated. Location in Bayridge Brooklyn was great, and really convenient.

Rooms don't look like pictures. Not too clean. Maid service poor. Valet service poor. Room so tiny that two people crash into each other walking around. One of my party reserved a room with 2 doubles and a sleeper couch, but they remodeled the room between booking and arrival to remove the couch without giving notice. Very poor practice.
Location was great for me. I had a fun family trip, and this hotel was mostly a place to sleep. It served that function.

The walls are paper thin you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you and the hallway.
Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Because of inclement weather, there was no where to leave our car. Our room was in front of the elevator despite request not to be placed in same. Run down, outdated rooms. Late night staff rude and not helpful. Asked to speak to a manger and never got a call or response.
Not much. Our front desk clerk helped up call a car service.

Can't really say there was anything we didn't like.
The young lady who was in charge of the breakfast on Saturday morning was very polite, accommodating and helpful. We always enjoy the breakfast there but it is especially nice to have such a nice employee to deal with.

Hotel is now rundown, the breakfast was awful and would never consider staying there again. Hotel is tired and no longer a little gem in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Staff had no consideration about how they yelled at one another and I felt that the front desk was more of a subway information booth than a reception desk/area The receptionist however was very polite!
Close to subway system, safe area near good restaurants

Price is a little high for Bay Ridge.
Staff, breakfast, location

If you are going to have a door man he could at least open the door for clients also please wash the doors. Very unattractive to have glass doors with dirty hand prints all over them. The gold doors of the elevator too.
Okay room,but small.
