The free shuttle bus to the airport was very efficient. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was much appreciated. The hotel was very easy to find - it might be helpful to highlight that the hotel lies north of SFO. No - this hotel ticked all the boxes for an easy night's stay prior to catching an early flight. |

Nichts, nicht einmal das Frühstücksbuffet war gut Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Bestelltes bzw. gebuchtes Zimmer wurde uns nicht gegeben bzw. war nicht vorhanden!! Blieben nur eine Nacht,. da Unterbringung in einem kleinen Zimmer mit schmalen Betten und vor dem Fenster die Hotleklimanlage die ganze Nacht über lief sodaß man kein Auge zu tun konnte. Sehr enttäuschend ich würde empfehlen das Hotel aus der Angebotsliste zu streichen!!! |
