The staff,especially front desk, John, I think are very helpful, friendly just nice. We were tired, ate at the hotel average food good price for hotel. The room was very comfortable. Couldn't have been better.

Nothing, it all great for us.

quiet room, view of the surroundings and the airplane activity ( without much of the noise ). Close to where we needed to be in the morning.

It cost to park the car overnight.

I was returning from a trip to Asia and it was very convenient to the airport. My room was comfortable and the staff were courteous.

I was surprised that I wasn't informed breakfast was not included in my stay.

Excellent staff from shuttle pick-up in airport to reception to room service. Also room service menu offered options for vegetarians.

Room was very small. Heating system very loud. Very hard to sleep. Worst Best Western I ever stayed at.

Joseph was very helpful over the phone giving precise directions, found the hotel on the first try! He also greeted me upon arrival and checked me in with prompt ease. It is always a great asset to a hotel to have an employee who is genuine in his efforts to please the guest. My stay started off on a good foot and continued until check out. Cleaning staff always politely waited for our departure for the day and we were greeted every evening with a fresh, clean and tidy room. Please commend Joseph and the cleaning staff who made our 5 night stay a real pleasure! Great California King size bed too!

The bathtub was a bit dated, tub had a big blemish that was covered with white paint. Room 825, put on the list for a new tub. Shower curtains were cool with the dragon emblem. Overall, a great room with view and a great California King size bed! Will be back and highly recommend this hotel.

It was very near the San Francisco Airport. Just about 8 mins by the complimentary shuttle service by the hotel. You will need to wait outside at the Courtesy Hotel Shuttle Bus stop and wait for the bus. It comes about every 15mins +/- . You will just need to wait, but it is not fun to wait in the cold. Far to get to town. You can take the complimentary shuttle back to the aiport and then take BART(train) to Powell(can walk to Union square from Powell). Takes about 45 min. It cost about $16 for the traun ticket(2 ways)

It is quite old and cramp, would be good if they can refurbish the place.

The desk staff were some of the most helpful and polite staff I have ever come across in any accommodation.

Rooms were odd job fitted lots of other people's hair in places I had no milk with my coffee.

We stayed one night in order to get flight first thing in morning. Excellent location for this and good shuttle bus to and from airport.

Breakfast was average at best and it was not included in the overnight stay price.

Convenient location

Charging for parking seems a bit rediculous in an industrial area where it is not likely for others to be leaving their cars

Excellent quality bedrooms. Convenient for the San Francisco international airport. We found also that there is a party of youth staying on our floor and we expected we may not get a lot of sleep as a result. We contaced the front desk people who were very accomodating and changed our room to another floor and area so we were undisturbed before flight back to Europe.

the lemon water and fruit was a nice touch, after coming off the road. The Breakfast bag was nice when going back on the road. Much better than being late to the airport from stopping to get a snack

i went down the stairs to walk out to my car, but found the ground floor was "emergency exit , alarm will sound". A warning sign to that effect when entering the stairway could save people some wasted time.

Location close to the venue I needed to be. All staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean, not super luxurious but cozy and neat, which is very important to me. Shuttle service from and to the airport. Which is so thoughtful is the small and lovely breakfast package for all those who needed to catch a very early morning flight
