100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

i liked the breakfast because there was variety of meals and friendly staff the location.on the internet it was said to be close to mccormick place but we ended up spending about an hour to get there. |

Staff was helpful, room was so comfortable...despite the dark colors and strange wallpaper. Very good shower! Coffee in the AM and breakfast-y things were useful. A bit of a hike to the Brown Line. |

The hotel was extremely comfortable and met all my needs. Staff was helpful, the room was large and airy and more than I had expected, check-in and check-out were handled smoothly. The location for my needs was excellent. Parking was made as easy as possible by a helpful attendant. Very good value for the money. |

I liked the fitness room and location best.The bathroom was modern and luxurious. Parking was expensive, although less than some other hotels in Chicago. |

The bed was comfortable. I liked having the safe for valuables. I really liked the complimentary water each day and it was quiet. There weren't any hard boiled eggs the mornings I was there for breakfast. |

I liked how close it was to many restaurants. The hotel staff was able to direct us to the most amazing Italian food I've ever had. They were very helpful. They are remodeling some of their rooms, so the noise level in the morning was a little more than I would have wanted to hear. It didn't wake me up, but there could have been some people that were trying to sleep in that weren't able to due to the noise. |

Staff was very helpful (early check-in, handling parking for multiple cars). Room was clean and nice. It was Halloween weekend, and courtyard was decorated like a graveyard - really cute. Location was ideal for the purpose I was in town, and parking convenient. |

The hotel staff is always very professional here. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast each day. The location is by far the number one reason for staying here. The workout facilities have very old equipment that needs replacing. |

Staff was always very helpful about giving directions and recommending nearby places to eat. Room was comfortable and, although we could sometimes hear outside noises, it was generally quiet. There were lots of nearby restaurants to choose from and 2 grocery stores nearby. Close to the bus, about 10 minutes from the El. Safe neighborhood. TV was located at a 90 degree angle from the beds so that you couldn't actually see it from both beds. The breakfast was OK, like many continental breakfasts, there wasn't too much selection. They didn't have much space for it anyway. It is in a gay neighborhood, so if that bothers you I wouldn't recommend it. |

The room was always clean and attended to and the best part of the stay was a complimentary breakfast in the morning even if the breakfast left a little bit to be desired. Often times the hallway would smell like smoke, but the smell did not permeate into my room. |

Large rooms, quiet location, nice staff, convenient and relatively cheap parking, cleanliness Sitting space for breakfast is insufficient (only 5-6 indoor seats), though there are plenty of seats outdoor that can be great in summer time. |

The hotel was convenient to everything and was close enough to the train station. I enjoyed the free continental breakfast and the free bottles of water. I loved the convenience of having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room! |

The location was great for me, near my daughter's house. It was a comfortable stay. It was a smoking room and I requested non smoking, thus the smell was unpleasant to me. Hotel staff seemed to need a little more customer service training; not as friendly or helpful as I usually find in like-priced hotels. Hotel needs a little updating. |
