Habitación cómoda y suficientemente amplia. El baño límpio y correcto.

En la planta baja, la vista desde las habitaciones no es especialmente interesante. El desayuno resultó bastante limitado y, sin comedor específico, un poco incómodo.

Excellent location for attending Chicago Cubs games.

Fantastic room in the Annex building...King suite...spacious, airy, hardwood floors...pleasant breakfast in the morning...great kitchen in the room...would definitely stay again.

Very clean close to Wrigley field . And Downtown. My daughter left something important and they took the time to look for it and call her back and send it to her

Too light out heater noisy

The rooms are really a suite with lots of space, comfortable sitting areas. The bathroom was as good as 4 star facilities.

The parking was close but took time to get your car. The parking garage kept the car keys so items in it were not secure.

great Location. A short walk to wrigley Field. Great historic neighborhood.

Our room was at the front of the building, street side. It was kind of noisey with the street noise. If I stay again, I would ask for a room near the back of the hotel.

Terrible view overlooking garage. Room dark. No adequate breakfast room.

I liked the room layout & the amenities. The location was also good for my purpose.

The water in the kitchenette sink did not work at all. Which seemed odd as it looked to be new.

It is only a few blocks from where our daugther lives. The price is right during the winter. Wish the price would be more reasonable in the summer months.

Proximity to neighborhood restaurants, bookstores, shops, and the lakefront as well as to transit stations for trips downtown; convenient workout facilities and breakfast; next-door parking.

The heating unit was a little loud.

Location was great and the staff very friendly. Had problem with tv remote not working and fix it very quickly, Our door keys ( cards) were tricky to make work but once we got the hang of it all was good.

Having to address the problems with the remote and door keys. Parking was expensive and wish we had known but we know now.

I was given a smoking room with no advance warning which I had NOT requested. Once I got to the room and realized it and called the front desk the clerk just said we don't have any other rooms... I AM NOT HAPPY and had a sore throat from the smell... My previous stay in a nonsmoking room was delightful

The Lakeview location is perfect, a terrific neighborhood of coffeehouses, bookstores, and shops just a stone's throw from the lake. The staff and facilities and amenities are great. We have stayed here a number of times and will come back in the future.

The front desk staff were not overly inviting. Quite a difference from the other hotels I've stayed at in Chicago (which is many)

location and convenience

The rooms are very well, although the photo booking didn´t correspond to reality, at least in our room. The jacuzzi is great and receptionists are very friendly. The neighborhood is very nice.

The heating electric was very noice and we couldn´t sleep very well.

Location of hotel. Near good restaurants, and public transportation.

Staff just ok, asked for nonsmoking room, only had smoking rooms, not very pleasent. Breakfeast poor.

Tucked away in a great little neighborhood (Lakeview) with lots to do and see and eat on every block, yet easy access to the loop via Lakeshore Dr. Easy discounted parking right next door. We were upgraded to a suite for no extra charge and enjoyed the sunshine coming into the many lovely windows on the 4th floor. The hotel was quiet and clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable with lovely linens. Also a great glassed in shower! Another plus is its proximity to my very favorite bookstore, Unabridged Books, one of those rare non-chain bookstores still doing well, and to Angelina, a fantastic little restaurant just down the block.

I liked the location. Smaller boutique hotel... Friendly, clean, modern.
