Location was good. Hotel was nice and room was clean.
We were placed on a floor with an entire wedding party; had to listen to slamming doors all night and someone throwing up in the room next to us. Got one hour of sleep and checked out of the hotel at 5:30am.

Night staff informed me that I could pay with Visa gift card, but then the morning staff reject my Visa gift card. Even though after all she took it. (In my opinion if there's a visa/mastercard logo I believe its valid anywhere). Breakfast has very poor choices. Housekeeping didn't clean up the room. Called Front Desk at 1.30pm and they said the Housekeeping already left for the day. What The ....! Bed on online says 2 QUEEN. When I got there it is more like a double/twin (I don't know which one is bigger, but I am sure it is not a queen bed. I know how a queen bed looks like). Walls is not thick enough. Could hear people talk/laugh sometimes. Stayed with 3 girls. Used 2 hair dryer, and the electricity went out. Waited for 15 minutes just to the electrician to come to our room...

Good location. Informative staff. Nothing either good or bad, just average for our needs: A good sleep, clean, centrally located in the area. Second time we booked here. Felt comfortable. Mimis Cafe just a few steps away.

Staff at check in we're helpful, which was good seeing as we travelled from the UK and were unfamiliar with some things. Breakfast was okay. Hotel was in a good location for food, gas, groceries and a good set off point for Grand Canyon.

Heritage Inn has been for 11 years our hotel-of-choice when attending Indy car and NASCAR races at the nearby Fontana track. Staff is excellent; facility is well maintained. Free breakfast is not 5 star -- but, hey, it's FREE.
Would like the option of smoking rooms.
They did not have my reservation!!!!! And charged me more for a room!!!! Booking.com got the blame by the staff claiming that they never got the fax.
We were in Ontario for a dance competition so didn't get to use he wifi so I cannot rate that question. However, booking.com and Best Western Heritage Inn were a life saver. I had made reservations at Red roof Inn (where the rest of the team was staying and while we were traveling I received a call from a friend (part of the dance team) telling m my card was declined & they tried getting ahold of me but never returned the call. So at 9:45 pm, we are 30 minutes from Red Roof Inn I've been told I don't have any rooms. They had one left and my friend would book for me but that didn't solve the problem. I had another family traveling with me. I has reservations for 3 rooms. Needless to say I have 2 young children traveling with us and it's now close 10:15 and we don't have a room. So Booking.com came to the rescue and was able to get us 2 rooms at the Best Western Heritage Inn and by 11 we were in our rooms, and dancers were getting ready for bed and all was fine. The desk clerk at Best Western was so kind and sweet; she new the story so she espcially went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of & that all our needs were met. Not only was the hotel staff great; Booking.com (Jason Thompson) called me back to make sure we made it to our hotel & that we were happy with the accommodations. I would really to thank Mr. Thompson and night clerk at Best Western for making our weekend that started out as a disaster to making it perfect. I thank the good Lord above for watching over us & sending us angle to correct the problem. As for Red Roof Inn.... I think they lack customer Service ..... No one should every tell a paying customer we don't need your service and then hang up on them when reservations were made in January and confirmed.
There isn't any thing I can say that really reflects something I didn't like. For the amount of time we were in the room and the cost for the room it was perfect.
