Very Clean, bed comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Location

Spa was out of order. Booked this hotel just I could use the Spa. Bathroom had standing water on the floor, no matter how many times we dried it up.

convenient location

pillows too big. tough to sleep when your neck is at a right angle to the mattress.

Staff was quite knowledgable with suggestions of finer dining restaurants in the vacinity.

Thin walls not sound proofed. Could hear neighbors conversation. While in bathroom. Could hear neighbor peeing in the morning... Not good.

Room was a clean nice room

Plastic on the windows could not see outside. People in the room to the left of 218 were so loud into the early morning hours. I didnt get any sleep. It sounded like a big party. It sounded like they were throwing the furniture against the wall all night. In the am the same room had a religous sermon so loud Icouldnt hear my friend talking to me.

Clean. Quiet. Pretty.

There needs to be a comforter or quilt on the beds. It was freezing without one. The heater also stays on at all times when you need to use it because you are cold. Then it gets so drythat you have to turn it off so then it's so cold.

all of the above and herman and vivian went far above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

carpet was dirty as our feet were pretty dirty after walking on it barefoot.

L'emplacement est idéal par rapport au parc de Bryce Canyon, on y est en même pas 5 minutes en voiture. Les chambres sont bien pour le prix.

L'accueil de certains personnels, très froid, impossible d'avoir un sourire.

Breakfast was nice.

The hallway smelled a little like smoke even though it was a non smoking floor. But the room itself didn't smell like smoke so it wasn't a major issue.

Good price with breakfast included. Clean rooms with basic amenities.

Rather spartan lobby area. The hallways are dark with oddly lowered ceilings - crude construction quality in the dropped ceiling job. Very lightweight blanket on the bed. Got a little chilly during the night. I booked the hotel the same day as our stay. The hotel's system did not have our reservation (probably not their fault). Fortunately, there were still rooms available. Desk clerk did not give us a wi-fi password during check-in.

Our room was clean and everything was properly stocked. We stayed there because we had to leave our home at 8 pm as we were having plumbing problems. We packed and drove in and were checked in in just a few minutes. I have fibromyalgia and the less hassle the better. The clerk helped us find the best price for our room. Everything was clean and nice.

The snack vending machines were nearly empty ... difficult late at night. We are having unusually cold weather right now and the second night it was hard to get the room temperature warm enough even with an extra blanket. But this was trivial, really.

We loved it.

Comfortable bed, iron, iron board, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, complimentary breakfast.
