Laundry facilities available. Fairly close to downtown. Good beds, clean, quiet rooms.
Most Best Westerns include at least some lite breakfast. Here you must use the "attached" restaurant.
Great huge koi pond with fish pellets available for feeding the fish.
Very active train tracks right behind the motel. Trains ran frequently during the night. Even with ear plugs the trains woke me up. Our room had a king-sized bed, but only had a night stand and reading light on one side.
had some emergency printing to do, business station in lobby was very appreciated.
The lighting in the room was terrible and there were no available floor lamps from the front desk. This made it impossible to conduct the work related study I needed to accomplish. If I return, it will be conditional upon the availability of floor lamp with reading brightness bulb.
Clean and comfortable room. Great view of pond out of room. Very quiet.
Smelly, Musty room Train passing during night with loud horn Very slow wireless
Behind the hotel is a beautiful path around a large courtyard. This hotel was also very easy to find right off the freeway. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
Within 10 minutes of our arrival we heard the first train whistle followed by a very long train. The tracks were maybe 1/2 block from our door. The mattresses were also older so my husband and I felt each movement the other made when we weren't sliding to the middle of the bed. Breakfast was an apple or an orange.
All was ok. Save the below.
Room #106 stayed 3 days/nights. Met with bad mildew smell off the bat from the A/C. Recommend cleaning and disinfecting. The Hobbit toilet was so low, I do not know how old people would use it. It might be ok for children but not adults. The same toilet is barely attached to the j -bolts in the floor; it is going to pull loose and rocks back and forth bad. If you care to improve those are strong suggestions. Otherwise it was an alright stay.
Air conditioning was poor in the room and a loud train passed several time a night. Coffee in the lobby was very poor and only fruit is offered for breakfast
Switch like vs didn't like
The location and quiet. The grounds are beautiful!
Lighting in the room was not bright.
The bed was like sleeping at home. The place was clean and had a great restaurant.
The lighting is a little low.
Bathroom exhaust fan needed attention - noisy. One light bulb burnt out over sink made shaving - interesting.
A nice relaxing stop on our trip.
Could park right in front of our room. The room was spacious and we used the fridge and microwave.
I thought a breakfast was included like at other Best Westerns I have stayed at, but there was only coffee and old oranges available.
good sized rooms, close to Golden Spike arena
train noise in the back rooms, highway noise in the front rooms
Excellent staff and beautiful landscape with Koi pond.
A little close to the interstate and railroad but not bad
It was clean and quiet.
We chose this one because it said it had a pool. It does but the pool is closed. My grandson was very disappointed.
Comfortable, clean room and friendly, helpful staff.
Not easy to get in and out due to potentially busy street.
Nice location. Good breakfast
Room was clean but very dated.
No breakfast and most places when you pay $100.00 you get. Breakfast.
rooms had been remodeled since we were there last and were great. Very clean.
nice cooked breakfast option would have been great
The pet walk area was very much appreciated. The snow was shoveled from the walkway and it was well lit.
I liked everything about the room.
I know there's a restaurant next door but would I'd still prefer a free morning breakfast within the hotel. It saves travel time and is more convenient.
Poor ammenities. This is the darkest motel room I have ever been in. I requested additional lighting and received a small desk lamp with assurance of an improvement which never arrived. The dresser had a bizarre cut-out in the back which held 2 long fluorescent bulbs without a switch rendering them useless. The closet had trash in it and area behind the dresser had trash and accumulated dust where it had obviously not been vacuumed for a significant length of time. There was time left on the microwave oven's timer from the last guests. I requested privacy and was given a room with a view of very nearby railroad tracks which had trains loudly rolling through during the overnight hours waking me at 12:30 A.M., 1:30 A.M. and again some time between then and sunrise. This inn was listed as a 3-star hotel, but it is no more than a 2-star motel. I cannot recommend this lodging to anyone.
Ease of direction to the event I was attending.
Late arrival tour bus noise
