Room was clean. Location was convenient except for the proximity to a major train crossing. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were terrible.
There were trains that went by and blew their horns every hour all night until 3 am and then they went by every 1/2 hour. It was horrible!!! Didn't sleep at all and came up to take a test for my license. Also, the pillows were terrible, hard and uncomfortable. Didn't get any sleep at all.
Pretty lobby, day shift front desk was wonderful. Hot cocoa, coffee.
Wish you offered real cream for coffee instead of chemicals.
The staff were very nice.
The room was cold, cramped and dirty. We have stayed in lots of Best Western's. This room was not worth the money especially as there was no breakfast included. We are not in a Best Western tonight!
Had a great gym area and hot tub. A good restaurant on the site is very convenient.
Virtually no breakfast. Bit of fruit in a basket and that was it. Killed 3 bugs in our room which was quite dated. This might be a good value for a $39 room but I for sure would not stay here again.
Heading northbound it is the perfect location...close to the freeway and easy to get a good start on a long drive. We also love Ogden. It has such a nice feeling to it. Great shopping downtown...if you're a crafter, you HAVE to go to Shepherd's Bush and also the Needlepoint Joint (great yarns). Also try the restaurant "The Greenery" and try the Mormon Muffins, you won't be disappointed.
the service, location
hotel name sign need to be fix.
Jeremiah's restaurant is very good and is within the grounds of this Inn. The receptionist was very friendly and nice.
My room was very dated and didn't look inviting
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The location near the I-15 and the railway. Can be pretty noisy.
Spacious room, big TV, friendly staff
Shower temp intermittent, bed a little on the crunchy side
We got good restaurant advice from a very informed staff person. We also got help finding the best place to view the falls.
Laundry facilities available. Fairly close to downtown. Good beds, clean, quiet rooms.
Most Best Westerns include at least some lite breakfast. Here you must use the "attached" restaurant.
Great huge koi pond with fish pellets available for feeding the fish.
Very active train tracks right behind the motel. Trains ran frequently during the night. Even with ear plugs the trains woke me up. Our room had a king-sized bed, but only had a night stand and reading light on one side.
had some emergency printing to do, business station in lobby was very appreciated.
The lighting in the room was terrible and there were no available floor lamps from the front desk. This made it impossible to conduct the work related study I needed to accomplish. If I return, it will be conditional upon the availability of floor lamp with reading brightness bulb.
Clean and comfortable room. Great view of pond out of room. Very quiet.
Smelly, Musty room Train passing during night with loud horn Very slow wireless
Our room was a non smoking room but it was right by a smoking room. We couldn't sleep because our room was full of smoke from next door.
Behind the hotel is a beautiful path around a large courtyard. This hotel was also very easy to find right off the freeway. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
Within 10 minutes of our arrival we heard the first train whistle followed by a very long train. The tracks were maybe 1/2 block from our door. The mattresses were also older so my husband and I felt each movement the other made when we weren't sliding to the middle of the bed. Breakfast was an apple or an orange.
All was ok. Save the below.
Room #106 stayed 3 days/nights. Met with bad mildew smell off the bat from the A/C. Recommend cleaning and disinfecting. The Hobbit toilet was so low, I do not know how old people would use it. It might be ok for children but not adults. The same toilet is barely attached to the j -bolts in the floor; it is going to pull loose and rocks back and forth bad. If you care to improve those are strong suggestions. Otherwise it was an alright stay.
Air conditioning was poor in the room and a loud train passed several time a night. Coffee in the lobby was very poor and only fruit is offered for breakfast
Switch like vs didn't like
The location and quiet. The grounds are beautiful!
Lighting in the room was not bright.
The bed was like sleeping at home. The place was clean and had a great restaurant.
The lighting is a little low.
Bathroom exhaust fan needed attention - noisy. One light bulb burnt out over sink made shaving - interesting.
A nice relaxing stop on our trip.
Could park right in front of our room. The room was spacious and we used the fridge and microwave.
I thought a breakfast was included like at other Best Westerns I have stayed at, but there was only coffee and old oranges available.
