The room is value for money to think of staying in the Heart of Hollywood, Centrally located between Hoolywood Walk of Fame and Hollywod Bowl, though its a 10 minute walk in either direction. Nothing great about the hotel, pretty standard. Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not clean enough especially the carpet |

I was extremely disappointed with the service from some of your staff at the front desk. I experienced a lack of assistance and help from them. They appeared not interested in helping me and believe me I am a very easy going person who values respect and good manners. regret that I will not be recommending your hotel to my staff or friends.In addition please ensure that your air conditioning units in your rooms are regularly serviced as it was more easier standing outside my room than the extreme sauna I experienced inside my room and that security is a vital necessity to be up to scratch as I came back to my room one afternoon with my door wide open. Thankfully I had nothing missing as I had all my valuable documents and belongings with me |

the place is near the attractions in LA. no shuttle service, from airport to hotel and from hotel going to the airport. i think its great to add this value added service for your customers. |

Location was the main point for us. (Short drive from Universal Studios and short walk from Hollywood Boulevard). Extra bonus was that there was a snack bar/grill attached to the hotel open from 7am to 9pm |

The room is way too expensive for what you get. This is an older hotel that's been worn down over years of use. The pool is too small to swim in and, cramped into a small corner with a level view of the parking lot as it is, looks as if it was included as an afterthought. I regret that I didn't shop around more before I booked it. |
